Really cute shop. Kind of industrial in decor with a Korean flair. The ice cream has dairy in it but not as much as others. The kids really enjoyed it. We got a berry smoothie. Found it lacking. Nothing special, especially for the price paid.

Awesome place. Service was very friendly and professional. I had an orange crush float which tasted perfect. Seating was outside in a court yard with almost all seating under a large canopy. My visit was in the evening but I could imagine a cool relaxing order on a hot day while shopping.

We were in the mood for a cold treat, and checked out this new place. I didn't really understand what it was, so if you go all the flavors are plain soft serve with the flavor as a syrup injected into the middle. I would have chosen a crunchy topping and not another syrup topping if I had understood what was going on. Prices were very expensive, and the base froyo just doesn't taste that great. It's a novelty but I will just go somewhere for real ice cream next time.

Review is really for Waikoloa location. Ice cream is ok (I really liked the butter pecan), but the environment is off. Room is extremely hollow and full of empty space, graffiti wall the seems to try hard to be edgy/modern, and NF and Eminem blaring over the speakers. Just doesn’t feel like an environment with families and children in mind, specifically because of the music…the other critiques are just mentions of the odd aesthetic.
Great place, we’re much more grateful for folks that started a fun business in Waikoloa Village. Some ppl are so harsh, I’ll never understand it. It’s a new shop, doing their best to make ppl happy! When you leave a less-than review consider how “perfect” YOUR service is out there in the world for a few seconds! Be considerate and give someone a chance for crying out loud.PS: What isn’t expensive in 2023?

Loved it! Workers were super friendly and courteous. I got the Ube Soft Serve and it was delicious. Highly recommend. Great ice cream and great people. It’s cool that they have options for pre-work and post-workout shakes! I’ll be getting one after my next workout.

Your paying alot for poor quality. The ice cream tasted cheap and the toppings were not great. We Did how ever get large portions which can be fun for kids. Glad we tried it but probably won't be going back
