Got the macadamia coconut vegan ice cream which was delicious! What initially pulled us off the street was the delicious cookie smell. However, some of their cookies are GF but none of them are vegan😒

The best ice cream I’ve had on the island and maybe ever. My wife would agree as well! Small batch, made in-house and very unique flavors that will appeal to everyone. Mia was so sweet to us and our daughter. Her service made me feel like she truly cared about our experience and for that, we will be back before we leave the island!

I live on Maui and I’ve bought cookies from this shop forever, but only recently tried the ice cream. I have to say, even though the ice cream and cookies are very good, the girl that was working 11/19/24 was the rudest person they could have found! I work locally and had been referring people to them. There are other ice cream options in Paia so you’d think if you have competition you want your staff as good as your product. If you’re going to work with the public be friendly, or just get another job. And owners, please care enough about your business to not accept subpar employees. As much as I like your food I won’t go back or refer your business anymore.

Kid-friendliness: My nephew is autistic. They made a real effort to answer all of his questions. They were very patient with him.
Ohh yes. You don’t want to miss this spot! Really really good ice cream especially the vegan ice cream. In fact, I’ve never had better vegan ice cream in my life and I pride myself off my ice cream expertise lol. But really it’s amazing and the service is excellent

Artisan Ice Cream in Pa’ia was a game-changer for us ! I was thrilled with their vegan Double Chocolate with Cocoa Nibs — it was indulgent, with a deep chocolate flavour and the perfect crunch from the nibs. My husband enjoyed the Coconut Coffee flavor, which had the ideal balance of coconut’s creaminess with a coffee kick.
The young lady who served us was so welcoming and helpful, making our experience even better. I’ve heard that other ice cream spots may have better tasting traditional ice cream, as for vegan options, Artisan matched our expectations. Highly recommend it to anyone looking for delicious vegan treat!
