Happened to be walking by, saw how busy it was, and loved the chill vibe so I waited for a table and so glad I did. Staff is EXTREMELY FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL! Food was outstanding! The breakfast burrito was 10/10! The smash burger is one of the best burgers I’ve had in a long long time. The pancakes were fluffy and full of flavor! Would 110% recommend Cafe Mambo and definitely worth the wait if they don’t have an empty table!

Cafe Mambo is such a great addition to Maui's eateries. The atmosphere is so young and energetic with a brand new look. The food is absolutely delicious and the staff very friendly and attentive. 10/10 highly recommended

Highly recommend dinner!! Dinner at Cafe Mambo was excellent! Great menu choices, we tried 4 different items and they were all delicious, great portions and wine list is nice too. Fresh fish and the burger is the best on Maui! We live in Kula and will be back regularly!

Happened upon this cafe as an alternate to our original plan. Was quite pleasantly surprised. The breakfast burrito was one of the best breakfast burritos I have had in a while. I also sampled the lemon ricotta pancakes with blueberry compote. 10/10.
