They had juice bottles with pink caps on them and I swear I kept that bottle to reuse for like 3 years - the cap was so cute. I’m a sucker for a good Caesar’s salad (my litmus strip for restaurants) and theirs is so good! The dollar absolutely sucks for us Canadians and this place isn’t exactly “cheap” but what restaurants are these days? It’s almost impossible to get any profit margin. So more of a treat when mostly cooking in our hotel but a wonderful healthy option Updated from previous review on 2026-03-11

breakfast burritos (vegan or otherwise) can be hit or miss, but this was one of the best i’ve ever had. macadamia nut sour creme was so good! and game changer iced coffee was…a game changer. entire menu is vegan save for some honey used in smoothie bowls

We stayed in Pa'ia for a week, and went here three times. The menu was extensive and creative, everything we got was very flavorful. Good portions too. The restaurant was seriously cute, which was a nice plus. Friendly service, and great vibes. The only drawback was it's not fully vegan, they do use honey in some of their foods, but they allowed us to sub maple syrup. My favorites were the Benny Mac Loco Moco, Bruschetta Toast, Game Changer Coffee, and Dessert Sunrise Acai Bowl. I loved the cute little glass jar you get when you order a fresh juice, which you can bring back for a $1 refund, but I chose to keep it as a memento, and ended up using is all week to bring drinks with me on the road. Very convenient! All in all, great vegan (mostly) restaurant and awesome for vegans and non-vegans alike. My sister was with us and is not veg, but she loved it too.

Like over half the menu has bee products in it. You have to customize to make them vegan.

A must go if in Maui! Both locations are excellent!

We ate lunch here today and we all loved the food. If I am in the area again, I would definitely eat here. Try it!

I ordered the avocado toast for my first experience at Choice. I was served the HEELS of the bread loaf! and it was burnt to boot! I can't imagine serving a guest in my home the heels of bread and I won't go back to a business that thinks it's okay to serve burnt bread ends to paying customers.

I had the avo toast, Cookie, and iced coffee with macadamia milk and it was all so tasty! Great atmosphere. It’s bright and comfy and peaceful.

Excellent bowls of goodness. My friend and I make a trip to Paos and visit Health Choice somewhat regularly even though we live in Kihei.

Really nice spot right off of Hana Hwy in Pai’a on Baldwin. So far I’ve tried the avocado toast, a smoothie and the açaí bowls. Absolutely delicious. I’ll definitely be trying more items before I leave. The staff is very friendly and they also have a few gift items to buy too. I bought their 40oz water bottle (which was much less expensive than a lot of the other brands out there) and it actually kept my water icy cold for 24 hours! Amazing! All food is plant based but they do use honey and bee pollen in some items, which if you’re vegan like me, you can ask them to leave off.
