One might ask - why eat pizza when you're in Hawaii and so many restaurants offer a wide range of seafood items. Well - the answer is Flatbread Company's pizzas are delicious, the vibe is casual and fun, and the staff are great! They have more traditional pizzas updated with local ingredients. All the pizzas have a thin crust, which is really delish. And you can watch your pizza being cooked in the fire oven because it's right in the dining area. And even though some of our Italian friends back home were a bit horrified, we tried their Hawaiian pizza - with fresh pineapple and other fresh ingredients - and it was delicious!

It was amazing to be there. The staff is plenty and very friendly and we had a short waiting time. The cook is making the flatbread from scratch and roast them on open fire. You can see both the kitchen and the oven where they prepare your food. Plenty of vegetarian options and glutenfree flatbread is available. Best flatbread we had.

What a great experience! The pepperoni and mushroom pizza hit the spit for the home feel, and the Smokey Orchard pizza was a standout for flavor and texture. My wife had the gluten-free Mopsy's Kalya Pie, and it was very flavorful. I had a piece and couldn't tell it was a gluten-free crust.
The drinks were top-notch, and the environment was relaxing. Kea, our waitress, was friendly and on top of our order and drink refills.

This place is great! We came back from Hana hungry and randomly chose this restaurant. The service was great! It was what we're used to, being from the mainland, which was refreshing after being in the car for so long. I don't love pizza, but the pizza here is really delicious! I would definitely go back!

Went with our two kids (5 and 2) and we all loved this place! We had a special with beets, goat cheese, and arugula and it was divine. They were so nice and our food came out super fast. Would definitely go back!

On our way back from Hana we saw this place was recommended by Andrew Doughty’s ‘Maui Revealed’ guidebook & like everything else he recommends it was pure gold! Fresh salad, freshly squeezed lemonade and a Mopsy’s Kahlua Pie with pulled pork. The atmosphere and staff here in Pa’ia was laid back and friendly and the pizza so dang good that we drove back 45 mins a couple days later to try it again before flying out! Delicious, you will not regret it. In fact, you will probably dream about it too.

Yeah, it’s a chain—so what? Don’t let that throw you. This place gets it right where it counts. They lean hard into local ingredients, and it shows. Anything with fresh pineapple? Order it. Don’t think, just do it. It’s not the canned, syrupy stuff you find slapped on sad mainland pizzas. This is sharp, bright, real pineapple—cut that morning, probably grown just down the road—and it sings in every bite. Then there’s the wood-fired oven. You can taste the smoke in the crust, that char you only get from real flame. It’s not fussy or overdone—just heat, dough, and whatever the island has that day. Sit back, tear into a slice, and suddenly realize you’re eating something honest. Simple, but dialed in. Chain or not, it’s damn good.
