I don’t like pizza, but this is the only place that I can enjoy. The food and the prices are really good. I went with my family and had a great time, Frans was AWESOME. The service made our experience even better

When on Maui, and craving a pizza, you must go to Paia, just west of Kahalui on the Hana highway, and visit the Flatbread Company. Surrounded by various shops and galleries there are plenty of distractions, but find your way to pizza nirvana! All organically sourced, ingredients from Maui farms, so you cannot go wrong! Fresh is the mantra, and their unique blend of herbs, spices, sauces, veggies and meats are superb! Pizzas, salads and desserts you will come back for as long as you are on Maui, as well as for the friendly service! Then visit Ho'okipa down the road to let it all settle in as you watch board surfers, wind surfers and turtles skimming the waves and resting on the beach. You can't go wrong there, especially with the Mopsy 🤤

We stopped in here for dinner on a Friday night after our all day Road to Hana adventures. Initially, we were sat at a table near the brick oven, but it was so warm from the fire/heat that we asked to move to another location in the front corner of the restaurant by windows facing the street. Our male server was not very attentive and was not very friendly; after we sat down we waited several minutes for him to acknowledge us, during our meal he never stopped by to check on us except once when we flagged him down for drink refills, and his attitude was bored and indifferent. We split a pizza (pepperoni on my half and sausage on his half), which was delicious.

Stopped here after the hike at poli poli and waihou springs. Paia was packed and had to circle through twice to get a spot in public parking but was worth it. The pizza was delicious and my husband says lemonade tasted fresh. For dessert we split the brownie that comes with two scoops of ice cream. No complaints....off up the road to Hookipa Beach.
