Not very impressive and not very friendly. They use frozen fruit for smoothies, which destroys most nutrients and vitamins. Suggest using fresh (non-frozen) fruit, and adding some ice instead.
We LOVE this place! We came here for the first time last year and returned this year... We love the food and staff. Can't wait to see you next year! Aloha from the Wood Family.

My wife and I stopped in, after waiting for acknowledgment by 3 different staff, we finally just sat at a table. We read the menus and were ready to order. They sat a table of six and took their order ahead of ours. 15 minutes later (they were mostly empty tables, not busy) the table seated prior to us decided to leave unserved, we were told our food would come out after the table that had been sat after us. Likely an hour wait. Not worth it at all. Definitely would pass on coming here unless you have all the time in the world and enjoy being treated as though customer service was optional even when being polite and kind oneself.

This place is continuing up the hill on Baldwin. A bit of an exercise worth it. Wonderful eggs benedict, eggs florentine and omelets etc in a nice outdoor setting. Yoga is right next to it. Used to be an old train.

Looking for a lunch spot on Christmas Day as we made our way back from Haleakala State Park, and this was the only restaurant that seemed to be open. It looked inviting enough and I was excited we stumbled upon it. The hostess seemed a bit harried and told us to give her about ten minutes and then we could look at a menu. No problem. We waited patiently in the outside sitting area but noticed a few more cars pulling up. When a different employee seated people who had just walked up, we mentioned to the gentleman how we had been waiting for a table. He was apologetic and quickly found us a table. No biggie, these things happen. I noticed there was another back entrance so I think the staff may have gotten confused or overwhelmed with all the customers. I ordered a hot oat milk latte and it was delicious. Exactly what I needed after our hike. My husband and I don't have huge appetites so we opted to share a plate of eggs Benedict with spinach and tomatoes and a side of potatoes. Food was brought out pretty quickly, served on one plate and our waitress didn't bring an extra plate or offer to get one. She left before I could ask for another plate but at that point, I didn't care and we just ate off the same plate. The eggs were slightly undercooked with the white part being runny but the overall flavor wasn't bad and the spinach and tomatoes tasted very fresh. Potatoes were a bit lacking and needed seasoning. My favorite part of the meal was the latte but my husband enjoyed the food. This restaurant has an eclectic vibe to it and features art on the wall that is for sale. Overall, cute vibe and great coffee but my meal was lacking.
This a must for smoothies and acai bowls! Absolutely delicious! I love the chill island vibes and the service is amazing. There’s a cute farm stand out front too!

Great spot! Besides acai bowls and green acai bowls there’s also chocolate and matcha bowls! My friend got the maqui bowl which is a type of berry. Sweet and satisfying if you love bowls like us!

I love Island Fresh and visit whenever I’m on Maui. The vibe is local - chill but friendly. The atmosphere is the best. It feels like you’ve stepped out of the rush of tourists and settled into a friend’s kitchen. It’s part indoors, part outdoors, with the owner’s very polite dogs and chickens poking about. In the past I’ve always had to ask about vegan options and was excited to discover new vegan items on the menu this time! I had the vegan breakfast burrito - scrambled tofu, perfect breakfast potatoes, avocado and other yumminess inside. With the house made hot sauce, this burrito can’t be beat! Order an extra side of potatoes - they’re sooo good!
We parked in town and walked the 1/2 mile to the restaurant. It's a nice walk. We were seated mid-morning with a half dozen tables full. I ordered an excellent smoothie with spirulina, bananas, and almond milk. It was excellent. I also had the Portuguese sausage - it's a unique combination. My wife and the kids had the moco loco, which they enjoyed. One daughter ordered a large omelet, which she enjoyed. The restaurant is a cute little outdoor oasis beside a yoga and massage studio. We will return.

Highly recommend - great food, live music and hula! Iced coffee and smoothies too! Great service also.
On the fringes of the village of Paia. A little off the tourist track, but definitely worth finding. Nice folks and excellent breakfasts. The various Benedicts were delicious, along with everything else we ordered. Outdoor dining with live music.
Very nice lady with a delicious fresh bowl and smoothie.

Great organic, fresh food! Reakfast burrito was excellent! My fish tacos didn’t have enough sauce, fish was tasteless. Chocolate cake as gluten free & tasted as such. Coffee was good, waitress hustled during a busy brunch!
Sunday family breakfast after visiting the mountain top for sunrise. Just starting our road road Hana and “fueld up”. Great outdoor seating, fruit picked fresh from the tree!
