My wife took me here for my birthday and it did not disappoint. Everything was 1st class, from the service, atmosphere, music and especially the food! I was ready for a meal of exceptional quality and got not only quality, but quantity. Beautifully plated and fun. Definitely the best dining experience of my life.

This couple runs the whole place by themselves and produce super high end food in a small local restaurant. It's an experience not to be missed if you are looking for that special dinner on Maui

What an amazing evening to watch the two of them put in an amazing show of amazing food, wonderful service and an incredible atmosphere. This was one of the highlights of our trip to Maui. I generally stay in the Wailea area where there are plenty of things to do and places to eat. But I will never go back to Maui and not make this trip to Pa'ia and nyloS. Thank you both for an amazing evening we will take back with us as the biggest surprise of our trip!!

We had a wonderful dinner at nyloS. The food was incredible. My favorite dish was the A5 Beef Wagyu, the pairing with the spicy Chinese mustard and as well as the kimchi was one of the best plates I've ever had. We will be recommending this place to all our friends that come to Maui.

This could be the best meal that I have ever eaten. We were fortunate that a large group cancelled, and had the place to ourselves. The food was very tasty and presented amazing. The dishes and wine pairing were well thought through. The service was perfect. They were not hovering, but attentive to what was needed at every moment. This wife and husband team have transported this small place in Paia Maui to what could be a fine dining restaurant in Europe. The pricing is appropriate for the amazing dinner and experience, but unfortunately it will not allow most people to afford it, but I wouldn't change a thing. Mahalo for the dinner of a lifetime!

Took my wife out for her birthday, it was a very nice experience. We both enjoyed ourselves and the food was very tasty and creative. Although all the food was excellent, for the amount that you have to pay I hoped for bigger portions. The dinner and the Incredible wine pairing was delightful. The dinner was superb, the wine was great, the price was pretty steep and the portions could've been a bit more IMO. I feel like you should go and experience it at least once. Realistically we probably won't be back just because of the price but it was a pleasure.

An excellent location for a special dinner. The food was second to none and everything occurs in the same room with the chef, Jeremy, and his wife, Paulina. Very personal like being served in a friend's home (if your friend was an exceptional chef). This was our third dinner at Nylos and each one was uniquely special. We had a delightful tasting dinner at Nylos last week. Creative presentations, delicious food with plenty of island and local influences. The dining room has a fun vibe with an art deco feel with spacious seating. I rarely comment on the music and often I’d prefer not to have it but the hosts played upbeat and classic songs that added to the experience.
