The evening was nothing short of spectacular. Jeremy and Paulina were inviting and made us feel welcome, like we were dining at their home. The space is small and intimate and the food was a gastronomic marvel. Each course was divine, the flavors a symphony to my palate inviting me to savor each and every bite. Nylos is a real find for folks who are foodies! They dont miss a beat when it comes to creative, colorful exciting food preparation. every selection was well thought out and prepared. I love to be surprised and we were with bubbles, gold and silver leaf, new preparations ..and local sourcing. The wine selection was very well crafted to match the courses served.. Just a beautiful experience.
