Took my wife out for her birthday, it was a very nice experience. We both enjoyed ourselves and the food was very tasty and creative. Although all the food was excellent, for the amount that you have to pay I hoped for bigger portions. The dinner and the Incredible wine pairing was delightful. This could be the best meal that I have ever eaten. We were fortunate that a large group cancelled, and had the place to ourselves. The food was very tasty and presented amazing. The dishes and wine pairing were well thought through. The service was perfect. They were not hovering, but attentive to what was needed at every moment. This wife and husband team have transported this small place in Paia Maui to what could be a fine dining restaurant in Europe. The pricing is appropriate...
An excellent location for a special dinner. The food was second to none and everything occurs in the same room with the chef, Jeremy, and his wife, Paulina. Very personal like being served in a friend's home (if your friend was an exceptional chef). This was our third dinner at Nylos and each one was uniquely special. We'll be back again next time on the island.
