Tried this place for the first time at Maui Sunday Market since there was a long line.
The curry bun is probably the best food I’ve had in Hawaiʻi. It’s absolutely INCREDIBLE.
Manapuas were also good but a bit too sweet for me — delicious though for sure.
I will be back to try more !!! Mahalo

Hands down best food on Maui. 10x better than Tin roof. Excellent fusion of Chinese, Hawaiian and Texas bbq. These guys are at the top of their game. I’ll be thinking of this place until the next time I come back!

Catered for a family lunch at Maui Heritage Hall. We ordered enough food to feed Kauai, according to some relatives who attended. We had a wonderful variety of dishes and everyone enjoyed all of them - esp. the leftovers to take home! Try the Roast Pork - it is really good!

Cantonese comfort food at its best! We tried their crispy pork belly, char siu, bolo bao, Jung, char siu bao, and the brisket curry (a special) and WOW, everything was so good. Check their website for pop up/pre order information. The food tasted just as good (if not better) than how my grandma made it with a little Hawaiian and BBQ/smoky flair. Will definitely go back the next time I’m in Maui!

Only Ono BBQ has some of the best Crispy Roast Pork I've ever had in my entire life, and I'm pretty confident in that statement. Unfortunately, I can't speak to the rest of their Chinese BBQ offerings, but wow, I was really impressed.
We stumbled upon Only Ono BBQ at a Maui market where there was always a constant line. Curious, we decided to take a peek and ordered a 1/2 pound of Crispy Roast Pork. The cuts were huge. The meat was incredibly tender and flavorful, and the skin was exceptionally crispy. You know that moment when you have something so good you can't wait to share it with your friends and family? That one bite that you keep thinking about every day after because it was so good? Well, it was exactly like that! I would definitely keep my eye on Only Ono BBQ - this place has the potential to take off. I can easily see it becoming a top food destination in Maui.

Wonderful all the way around and worth every penny. From order to pick up, the experience was easy, clear and professional. We ordered the roast duck, char siu pork, bok choy, noodles and siu mai dumplings. It was all exceptionally delicious! Perfectly cooked, tender, juicy and good portions. This will become a regular for us and we will be back. Highly recommend!
