I love this place, it's my favorite spot to get boba on the whole island, and I go quite regularly. There's always super nice customer service and amazing drink options and snacks. Which is why I was so shocked to see that they have quite a few one star reviews and I'm not going to invalidate those peoples experiences but I've never experienced any bad service there once so ever and I highly recommend the place.

The customer service at The Boba Bar is top-notch. Delicious tea and coffee options with customization possible! In the duration of our stay, we visited this little shop a handful of times because of the accommodating staff and the respectable portions. I recommend the Brown Sugar Iced Latte + boba / (my go-to) an Iced Carmel Latte + boba.
Perfect place to grab a drink to-go while you walk around Paia (although cute, no indoor seating).

Ordered lilikoi with butterfly tea base, light sugar light ice. She first mistakenly made it with lemonade base and only realized the mistake after I asked if that was right. She remade it but *loaded* the cup with ice.
There was very little lilikoi (couldn’t taste it at all) and their straws were all crushed which made actually drinking the boba really difficult.
Two stars for her being friendly but other than that… all around not great.

DO NOT GO HERE. The drinks are awful. The girl who made my boba tea last night on 11/11 forgot to put milk in it. I took a sip and said - there is no milk? And she said "oh yeah sorry" then proceeded to pour out half of my drink to add coconut milk that became chunky. The drink was sweetened with artificial SYRUP. No real fruit. I threw out my $10 drink and went to choice health across the street for a smoothie.

Got the salted caramel Anthuccino and it lived up to the name :) was super refreshing and delicious and the boba was a great addition! Shout-out to Kana who served me today she was super friendly and went above and beyond for my customer experience!

They have a good amount of drink options to choose from! And they also carry Poppin Sweets By Lei's poptarts, which are super good! It's a bit hard to get to them parking wise but would def recommend if you have the chance to go to Paia!
