This is a great little stop coming back from the Twin Falls hike, especially if it’s later in the evening! (The other shave ice place in town closes at 5 pm) We stopped for shave ice but ended up getting some food also. The shave ice with the natural flavors (and dole whip!) was pretty good! Not the best on the island but still a yummy, refreshing treat. My son got one of the regular flavors (grape) and it definitely tasted like a fake syrup. I also got the hurricane poke nachos...
Fresh off a 9 hr plane ride from Texas and starving, I wanted to go to Pai Fish Market near the airport. But the wait was long and Toby Poke had parking available. We decided to eat at Tobi’s Poke. It was delicious! You order up front and there’s covered seating outside. It’s limited seating though and right up against the street. You get a good view of Paia. We all got Poke and it was so tasty. Perfect first Maui meal. We got the Hawaiian, Ginger Wasabi, and Tsunami poke....
Amazing Poke, actually the flavor I havre had. I had the Banzai and the wife had the Tsunami. Both amazing and the shave ice for the littles was perfect. Super fast so I wouldn't worry about the line.
