My wife is a soba connoisseur. This is mainly because she is very picky about her food. She loved the soba noodles, and I did too - though I am not a connoisseur. It's obvious from the bite of the noodles that it's made with 100% buckwheat. I especially enjoyed the black cod, and the crunch of the toasted buckwheat on the spicy tuna rolls. We were recommended this place by a spear fishing guide and it was Amazing. Our server was so nice and charismatic. We had a party of 5 and ordered a variety of things. Black Cod was the highlight. The Nigiri and Maki Rolls were fresh and fantastic. And the soba noodles were also great.
The atmosphere was intimate and authentic to Japan but was all outside in Hawaii fashion.

Such a beautiful setting, unusual and very pleasant. Sushi is amazing! So noodles as well. We’re so happy we found this place. We will be back for sure. We tried the eggplant and monk fish liver and they were both amazing.
