Being a former employee (for a different bww) and going to a different branch , I was very much disappointed,customer service was trash couldn’t even finish my order before she walked away and I wasn’t even talking slow definitely would not go back,(this is a brief description of the dissatisfaction but it definitely was way more points i did not list ) And please don’t list the “feel free” survey comment

Took my family out for a quick bite. The wife and I were so disappointed with our service and food.I ordered the 15 piece boneless wings (5 lemon pepper, 5 medium, and 5mango habanero) it seemed like my food was sitting out for a while because all of my wings were dry. The lemon pepper wings felt like beef jerky, the mango habanero were salty and not spicy at all, and finally, the medium spicy wings were extremely salty.My wife got the Buffalo wrap. The flavor was salty, chicken was dry, and I quote, "extremely gross."For my youngest daughter, we order her the chicken strips. The chicken looked dry! She only ate one strip.My oldest ordered a hamburger, which was by far the best dish we got.Overall, it was a very disappointing, $60 plus dollar experience.

Turn around service was great and the staff was very friendly. Even during the states partial Reopening, the food was fresh and at the same quality as it was before the quarantine. Good Job BWW PC!

I would give 0 stars if I could. Arrived at 8:50 to pick up my online order that I placed at 8:12. Tried to ask someone about my order and they told me to “wait a second” while they helped someone else, who ended up getting their order before me. That was at 9pm. It was incredibly hard to flag anyone down for help. They all ignore you or walk so fast that you can’t even stop them, and this is just at the host area, which btw had no one there. At 9:30 I finally asked again about my food, to which they told me it was not in the system, but I had an online receipt. Then they told me it was picked up, which of course it wasn’t because I had been sitting there for almost an hour. They offered to get a manager but the manager did not come out to talk to me about the situation. Finally got my food at almost 10pm. The service and lack of care was absolutely ridiculous. They should have told me right when I asked about my order the first time that it “wasn’t in the system,” not just pretend like I didn’t exist. Oh and when I got home, my husband’s 10pc wing order was only 6 wings, so way to go!

Absolutely ridiculous that we ordered for pick up at 8pm, and we are still here at almost 9:30 waiting for said food from that pick up order. No point in having pick up times if you are going to be so exponentially off. No apologies or nothing and all of the staff is just walking around while we are waiting to flag someone at the front. Update: They said my order never existed in the system even with a receipt. So I have to wait even longer for my food. What a shit show for sure lol.

Servers were ok but not warming at all. We were a big group but food was sent out at completely different times. Food was not tasty. Drinks were not the best .Manager was extremely helpful and kind !
Service staff was untrained or just didn't care. No attention to detail, parts of the order were missing and still on the bill. Cold food inconsistent delivery.I will never go here again, out of all the Buffalo wild wings I've been to, this is by far the worst.

Honestly don't know where to start but Buffalo Wild Wings is trash. Service is really slow. We ordered online at 7:00 pm said itll be ready at 7:30 got there at 7:25 checked in food wasn't ready till 8pm. I'm a line cook and this shit would never fly. We would always challenge on the line and try get our orders out in a timely fashion, plates dressed and wiped down spectacular.

I went there for the first time today. I sat at the bar and the bartender showed me the thing i can scan to place my order. At least half the seats were destroyed and needed to be re-upholstered. I ended up creating an account and to ensure I did it right, I showed it to him on my phone. I guess he thought that I was placing it with him and it created a second order which he seemed annoyed that one had to be removed. There were maybe 50 people inside with most already being served. After 30 minutes I asked where my food was and he (bartender) said it was coming. Both my appetizer and meal came at the same time (at 35 minutes from initial order placement). I asked why I didn't get my appetizer first and he said that's how we do it here. The food was awful. Had it not been room temperature and the fries cold, I know there was potential. The fries were plain cold as if they didn't finish cooking them. I assume they had ketchup as he provided it to the guy next to me. There is a slight expectation that it would be offered to me since i did get fries. The best part of the experience was that there were free refills.

Honestly, this was one of the worst dining experiences I have had in a long time. Me and my husband went around 7pm, and sat on the side of the bar. Our waiter was Preston and at first he seemed to be great! However, after he took our orders, we never saw him again. No one came to get refills, no one came to check on the food, etc. Which, wouldn't have been a big deal... but we were both drinking and our food was cold to the touch. We sat there for about 45 minutes before we finally just grabbed someone in order to get the check. Definitely wouldn't bother going back. There were maybe 4 other tables being occupied on our side, I can't imagine what the service is like when they are actually busy.
