All of my views are based on the fact that this place is for kids. Since it is for kids, all of my reviews are absolutely top-notch.

Customer service and Chuck E. were great. Unfortunately, the games are now played with cards that you first have to buy and then add credit to, the worst part is that the game machines don't make it very clear and obvious when the credit goes through, our young boy just kept swiping the card unknowingly and putting in several credits, playing one game and walking away. We didn't realize this until he came back after 5 minutes when he had enough to have potentially played 35 games. There were even out of order games with very small signage but they would still take the credits from the kids. Can't help but feel the new system was set up to rip people off, the tokens were much more fair. Left very pissed off and spent a lot of money that we didn'thave to. Must be making bank over there Chuck E Cheese, shame on them!

This was my first time hosting a birthday party here and it went really well! I have celebrated my birthdays at this place for many years but I chose to hold my daughter's 2nd birthday party here as well. Since she is my only child I wasn't sure how it would turn out. I want to give a special thanks to our server Mahealani for making everything easy during our reserved time. We bought the Ultimate Fun Package which included 2 large pizzas, 2 medium pizzas, 4 pitchers of drinks (3 originally, plus an extra one) goodie bags, Dippin' Dots ice cream for all the kids and more! What I loved the most was that every character came out and sang happy birthday to my daughter. Even though she felt a bit overwhelmed she really enjoyed it.

This location was OK. It is clean, and the service and food (for what it is) were good. Compared to the other Chuck-E-Cheese location I have been to, it is much smaller, and I noticed multiple games were out of order. That made the time playing games run out quickly. Not as much fun as the other Chuck-E-Cheese. It is a nice place for a quick meal and fun for kids if you dont want to spend a lot of time.

They brought back some of the animatronics here! This is great as this Chuck E needed the animatronics back since alot of the Chuck E Cheeses were removing them only for dance floors. If they do more of this then we can restore the pizzarias of Chuck E back to its former glory! :) Thank you!

Great place to go with the kids. Food is good.

Kid-friendliness: Kids friendly. They will stamp your kids and you will be a matching stamp that you can only see in UV light.

Chuck E was playing basketball with kids and it was super sweet! Pizza was good and staff are very friendly and helpful :) They also still have the band on stage which is amazing! Best location I’ve been to
