I love Dunkin their donuts, drinks and sandwiches are always good. It’s seems tho this particular location always has an issue with customizing my order. It’s usually the same woman in the morning and everytime she is here my order is not customized correctly. Other times when other ppl have made my food my order was correct. It’s a bit of an attitude from this one lady always, it’s so unfortunate. I like coming here but I know she won’t care about fulfilling my small accommodations. I don’t even want to correct her in the moment because I’m afraid she will do something malicious to my food out of spite. Plus I come here often I don’t want to get poisoned lol smh so I look at my receipt and notice there are bad reviews with this same name from years ago, this is crazy. Like how is she even still working here??? We all keep saying the same thing 🤔 She is rude and clearly hates working here. No good customer service and she was mean to a new hire today but he was nice to me. Other staff has always been nice even if something was off with my order. It’s exhausting at this point I made time for this review even tho I know it’ll get over looked smh gotta go buy Dunkin drinks at grocery store now and just make my own no more wasting money all because of poor customer service. 👎 all I asked for was extra milk in my latte and crispy bacon

This location is always so inconsistent, and if asked to remake a drink they jusy pour more into the incorrect drink instead of remaking. I go out of my way to the mall location.

Ordered 6 donuts- 3 glazed; 2 blueberry and a strawberry frosted. Also, a strawberry dragon fruit drink. The drink was good. However, the girl who took my order did not hear my order correctly. Instead of three glazed I got two and three blueberry. (I was sad, but my husband was happy.) Did order a puppy cup 🐶

Note: If you want soft donuts - need to get them in the AM. By the evening they can be a bit on the hard/dry side based on my past purchases.

The girl at the drive thru was immature. No respect and decency with the way she interacted . She didn't give me a straw for my ice coffee. I ordered a dozen of blueberry donuts. The donuts were so saggy and old. I pick up one from the box just by using my two fingers. The donut broke by pieces and it fell off my hands . Poor service and the food.

This is the result of the girl working drive thru this morning. I asked for 2 lemon filled and she kept trying to correct me and say I must mean vanilla filled. I said it has lemon gel inside not white cream. She finally brought the correct item. I get to work and you can tell she jammed her fingers in.

Others are too sweet. Like, insta diabetus. Dough, and flavor has got to be dunkinicity. Plus they have coffee if you need a caff fix. (Not silly extravagant coffee.)

Donuts were hard, coffee tasted inconsistent. Same order… sometimes it’s bitter, sometimes it’s sweet. Staff were nice though! Hence the 3 stars.

Always understaffed, and drive through only in the morning. You can't order if you walk up or ride a bicycle.

And the food was dry and stale, low quality. And whoever's operating this location does not value your time or hard-earned money.

They would probably gain business if they added more employees, because people leave the drive-thru line because it's too long.

Can’t get food because their walk-in is always closed. I work in the area and had to carpool with husband who works somewhere else so he drops me off. The drive thru is always busy. So what happens to people who don’t have a car? Disappointing experience. Their staffing constraints should not interfere with their quality of service. Upper management needs to get it together.

I tried to visit everyday but mostly they just serve "drive through" only, had to walk away wasting my time, they even turned off "mobile order" on the app. I understand that yall are short staff because of the "sign" but today when I came, it was not busy in drive through but yall still locked the front door ( without the signs and there were more than 2-3 workers inside ).
There was one time i ordered Latte n they made it super quick, ig its a good thing that they serving fast but the drink turned out weird, SOUR.
Some workers here are pretty nice but also some of them will never know theyre working as customer service for a fast food place base to their attitude. Anyways not really a good vibe, too many things happened.
