Just dropping some love to this location. The morning crew is phenomenal. Always extremely pleasant and accurate. I normally do mobile ordering and pick-up in the drive through. Their Bacon,Egg, Croissant is definitely worth checking out and they're a better coffee alternative to other competitors.

The donuts are horrible extremely dry and taste like they have been sitting around for day's. Avoid this place at all cost, don't waste your money. There are a lot better donut shops on the island.

The donuts at this place are truly exceptional and rank among the best I've ever had. However, it's worth noting that the drive to get here can sometimes be quite long, and even the lines inside are a testament to how popular and delicious their offerings are. To bypass the wait, I've found it convenient to place my order online and schedule a pickup time. This way, I can simply walk in and grab my order without having to wait in line, which is a feature I truly appreciate.

I'm a sucker for low quality fast food for breakfast, so I rotate between Dunkin and McD's. If I'm all cleaned up and have time for a long breakfast, I'll go for higher quality food at one of the local diners. The current Dunkin team in Pearl City usually moves quickly. Compared to the Kapolei store, they crush a long line (in comparison, the line at the Kapolei store is usually very slow moving). I have only experienced rare slow days and minor mistakes at this store. The atmosphere s not very applicable since they don't have dine in.

Visited Dunkin Donuts at Pearlridge mall for some jelly filled munchkins! The store was clean and well lit. The trays were full of choices and the counter person smiled but clearly wanted me to hurry up with my choices lol. I picked up a mix of 10 munchkins (powdered sugar, chocolate and jelly filled) for a later snack.
I always order the same drink at this location and won't get tired. My go to drink is Iced matcha latte with oat milk 4 butter pecan swirl and less ice. The matcha isn't too strong, it's not too sweet and I like how it's super creamy. I always order through the app so it's easier and that way I could just earn points automatically. The only problem I had so far is when they don't put enough matcha so sometimes it tastes like straight up milk with syrup but I just ask for few scoops of matcha on the side. The drive thru is fast and convenient I usually go around 2-3 pm.

We ordered 10 dozens donuts for my Dads service and pick-up time was 7:45AM. Not sure if these donuts were made the day before and boxed up but they weren't fresh. We didn't open them until we got to the chapel since they boxed it up in another box for easy carry.

Their customer service sucks, the employees are not trained well. They put a newbie unattended at the drive thru on busy mornings, come on it's a coffee shop, coffee shops are BUSY especially in the MORNING!! Anyway I ordered a couple mornings and have different newbies, they don't know their products when asking questions, they don't understand what is what when taking orders and that's how I knew they must be new, I tried to have patience with them knowing they are new but then it became a problem when they ask for help from an "advanced team member" but even the advanced team member couldn't comprehend. The communication sucks, when I asked about a reward on their mobile app, the advanced team member said yes it will work so I used it, she said it had gone through so I paid, but she gave me my receipt back and IT DID NOT GO THROUGH then she tells me "your reward don't work" like are you serious?! You literally told me before I paid that it went through and it will minus the whatever amount of dollars from my bill. I was in a rush to work cause they took forever as is already and I had no time to be going back and forth with these workers who could not comprehend a simple transaction. I asked to speak to a manager the next day but the shift lead Leah said the manager Katie is not in, I asked when will she be in, Leah said "you can try the mornings usually you can catch her in the mornings" sissss IT WAS THE MORNING TIME AND AND SHE WAS NOT EVEN IN!! so like now I have to try to "CATCH her" she said, seriously I have catch her manager at a good time to put in my complaint!? That's ridiculous! Leah had no sympathy whatsoever, not even a solution like "hey, what's your phone number so I can forward this to my manager and have her call you to address your concerns" NOPE! It was straight "try to catch her in the mornings". POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS DD, they need to train better and at least have a manager on duty more often who knows their crap!

I like the iced coffee. However, the service is horrible. Kaylee and the old lady are horrible. They should not be working a job that involves customer service. They lack common decency and common sense. They made it so difficult to pick up coffee. My experience here and the overall ambiance was bad. The workers need to be talked to about their attitudes. Places really are just hiring anybody now and this Dunkin' location proves it.
