The owner obviously forgets that making all your paying customers happy is what brings life to your business... especially when over the years we have been bringing New Customers there over and over again.... The first few times it happened we could forgive the actions of a "drunken" owner/bartender and we still returned...Hey everyone has bad days...we get it.... but after last night we will never return.... and neither will any of our many friends as all 7 of us paying return and New customers were treated so very rudely...that many of the other few customers came out with us to confirm to us that Her actions were undeniably Rude and Bad Business!!! Her worst mistake... "This is not a KARAOKE BAR!!" .... then why does your sign say "J & C karaoke bar and grill" ??? Bad business!!!

Well I used to love this place but the last 3 times I hung out here the bartender got so drunk and rude. She overcharged us on our credit card one time so we paid cash the next time. This time the bartender told us it wasn't a karaoke bar when I guess she thought we were singing too much?! Hello Lady!? It clearly says on the sign that it's a karaoke bar! She also told us we don't come there enough and that we weren't drinking enough when we were clearly ordering beer after beer. Stop drinking more than your customers sista! Not going back to a place that doesn't value customers, especially repeat customers.

Not sure how this place even has anything close to a 4 star rating. Place reeks of piss, burnout bartender was insanely rude the second we walked in, beer selection is garbage, booze probably gets refilled with bottom shelf from costco, and I'm fairly certain the entire establishment is a front for drugs and sex trafficking. The only patrons in the place on a Saturday night were 3 shady looking dudes sitting at a table playing cards near the bar area. We didn't even order anything and left.
Fun karaoke bar far away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Mamasan loves to interact with the customers and helps lighten the mood. Good pool table and cheap beer!

It was a cool bar at the beginning. We were first going to go there to play pool and drink but they were hosting a party and closed the pool. We were fine with that. We were going to get one or two beers, chill, and probably find another pool location afterwards. They had karaoke going which was nice and we sang alone to a lot of the songs. We just finished our 2nd beers and was enjoying the music, when the owner (I think), a Korean women told us "buy a f****** beer or leave". That was pretty rude. We were debating if we're going buy another drink but after that comment, we didn't want anything to do with this bar. How rude can you be to first customers. We live on the west side and was trying to find a regular pool bar spot. This is definitely not that place.

Quiet, comfortable , relaxing club. Cheap drinks and safe and peaceful atmosphere. I love this place a lot to do pool, karaoke, music, dancing and tv all you need to enjoy your night

Great bar to go too if you just want to chill drink couple beers n play pool or kareoke, owner is very friendly. Price is pretty decent.

Quiet, comfortable , relaxing club. Cheap drinks and safe and peaceful atmosphere. I love this place a lot to do pool, karaoke, music, dancing and tv all you need to enjoy your night
