Staff wasn’t friendly at all, took them several minutes to even acknowledge us waiting for our mobile order when they weren’t busy, but the food was good

Out of all the jersey Mike's ive tried through out the years, This was the worst. Dry, small portions, stale bread, just not good.... disappointed...ordered 2 giant subs

Super friendly and helpful service! The team here goes above and beyond, both over the phone and in person. We usually visit the University location, but the level of customer service at this location truly stands out. Everyone seems genuinely happy to be working, and their positive energy makes you feel great about supporting them. Exceptional service that deserves 10 stars—keep up the amazing work!

The food was awesome, but when we went to eat there was a crazy loud performance happening and we had to write our orders on our phones, but the staff did their best and kept the service going even though it was very difficult to ask questions! Great fast food option.

The closing folks are generally top notch here. I've been here about a dozen times over the last 6 months, at different times, but usually in the evening or near their closing time. Each occurrence, it's always been a pick up order.... The small details matter: they read and follow the notes on the online orders; they bring you your to go order to your table, if they know you've arrived and they're not done yet; and, if they run late to the estimate, they give you free stuff (chips, cookie, etc) for the wait/inconvenience (sometimes).
The minus one star is because they do run 5-10 minutes late to whatever estimate the app gives, so plan accordingly.

I usually order online to save time, but every time I come to this location, I end up waiting longer than at any other Jersey Mike's. They always seem super busy, especially during peak hours, and it feels like they’re getting more orders than the kitchen can handle. Something needs to change—maybe a bigger kitchen or a better system to manage the orders.
Also, the pick-up setup could be better. They have a shelf for online orders, but it’s rarely used. Instead, orders just sit around in bags, and I’ve had to flag down an employee to get mine even after it’s ready. Using the shelf for online orders would make things smoother. Managing the rush and improving order organization would make a big difference here.
