Food was great tasting and the staff were friendlier than you see at much more expensive restaurants. This might become a habit!

Best cheesesteak sandwich

I use to love this place but I went not to long ago and i was just very disappointed all of my food was just completely ruined. It took forever to get my food and in just the 2 minutes it took to walk to my car to eat my burger and fries the buns on the burger were completely soggy and melted from all the grease. My fries were completely burned too. Ill be going to a different johnny rockets next time.

Ordered a milkshake, fries and tots and sat outside to wait for the items. The cashier who took our order also brought out our food. She was very professional as well as friendly. Great service. The food was pretty good as well!

Great place to eat if your at the shopping center. Steak and cheese sandwiches are incredible. Usually I will eat here if my car is being serviced at Sam’s club. Staff was friendly, store was clean and there was limited seating available outside so timing is incredibly important. After over a dozen visits never a bad experience!

Very military friendly place. Manager was very helpful in explaining the menu items.

The burger was dry. The tots were under cook. The only thing that made this a one star was the chocolate shake and their customer service. Totally not going back!

First And Last Time Here. HORRIBLE PERIOD. Customer Service Was Rude & Terrible All Around, Food Was Soggy As Soon As We Got It & Tasted Spoiled, Expensive & Way Overpriced. Spent $80 On 4 Disappointing Meals When Only The Shakes Where Good. McDonald’s Tops This Place.

Thursday 28 May the individual working the evening shift at the Pearl Highlands Oahu HI store, displayed a very poor attitude. Was trying to ask him a question after calling several times. He said he was the only person working and he basically refused to give an answer. I asked if we get there before closing would we get served. He refused to answer! Ok I can understand being overwhelmed but you still need to display some professionalism and this time it was definitely lacking, With so many people out of work how is it they can’t get enough people to meet the demand?

My experience was amazing. Even with this pandemic going on, Chuck had an amazing personality and was very positive. 10/10 would recommend!?

Horrible service. Called to place an order and I was put on hold for 10 minutes. Called 3 more times and phone was never answered. My husband decided to go to the restaurant ( which is 15 minutes from our home) and order to go. Once there they told him they were taking a “15 minute break” so he had to wait. Not wasting my time again with Johnny rockets.

Came in all this crazy time of life and it was amazing service!!! Such sweet people!
