POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE! RUDE LADY IN THE FRONT! I know my review won't affect them, however it will be helpful to other people who call over the phone or walk in there! Boycott this business because obviously they not local they foreign
The food is good here& the location is very convenient. My experience is that the cashiers are always rude& their customer service level is zero. I always give a location several chances - thinking that maybe they are possibly having an off day. I always leave a tip & there is never a thank- you, a smile, just an irritated face ! My final transaction was on 7/20/23 @12:25 from Cashier 1 . I don't even know if she is actually cashier #1 , but I do know she is always rude! I will not be returning to this location , but rather the Pearlridge one where everyone is so very pleasant & nice.
