Leeward Bowl
Family oriented atmosphere, friendly people and also family place to enjoy a few games, eat, drink, sing karaoke hang out with family & friends!!
Bowling was fun & the food was great.
I just called Leeward Bowl to just ask if they had any open lanes. Whoever answered the phone, answered the phone sort of rude, and didn’t explain anything. I worked at a bowling center for years in NC, and first impressions and customer service is everything. It breaks my heart to know as a bowler, we have people representing the bowling community with attitudes like that. We’re trying to get people into the game not drive them away. Hoping something changes here. All bowling centers should make customers feel welcome, regardless if they have open lanes or not. Super disappointing.
First time bowling at leeward….as expected, it’s old, but not an issue. The issue is the unfriendliness of the front desk staff, who seem to enjoy giving attitude because they know the customer is at their mercy. Total unprofessionalism, if it’s your job to deal with customers and you can’t speak nicely, find another job!
Our time was fun here at the bowling alley the only bad this was Kelly the lady that was at the front desk had a really bad attitude and gave us dirty looks all night I don’t know if it was because of my appearance I have a lot of tattoos or because me and my love ones are very competitive/supportive because we were kinda on the louder side other than Kelly and her attitude/dirty looks our time here was lovely
Check your receipts and maie sure they are not over charging you
Been bowling here 25 years. Simple and honest bowling alley. Honestly the best lanes and leagues. Keep the alley alive and come throw a few games or join a league!
The bartender, with a sly smile on her face, discreetly adjusted the amount of my tip after receiving a cash gratuity from me. It seemed she had taken it upon herself to add a little extra to her earnings, effectively tipping herself in the process. I couldn't help but raise an eyebrow at the situation, wondering how often this might happen in the bustling atmosphere of the bar. It was a curious moment that left me pondering the ethics of tipping and the unspoken dynamics that often play out in such social settings.
If I could give this place zero or negative stars I would. I understand leagues need a place to have tournaments or games, but to shut down an entire place on a Friday afternoon is absurd. Many people want a place to come after a long week of work to either take their kids or enjoy a night out with tier spouse, this place is not that. You make a trip to come all this way to simply be turned away, then you can’t even make the trip worth it by getting food with your kids or they’ll kick you out.
Again, 0 or negative stats if I could.

Called to get information about open lanes. The person who answered was so RUDE!!! I asked for what days or times for open bowl. Told him his customer service was not bad!! Told me "THEN DON'T CALL" AND HUNG UP!!
Yea, it's a bowling alley enough about that. The reason you want to go here is the bars. They are low key chill spots, No tourists just locals. It's the place to sit, talk story and have a beer after a long day of work.
Karaoke is available in one of the bars, if you are inclined to sing a little.
Nice lanes was able to witness a person Bowl a 300 shortly after we got there.
Good bowling place. Has good food and drinks options too
Staff were mad rude and the time on the website is not the right times and I was denied any lanes till way later in the day despite them being open.
