Went to McDonald's at Walmart pearl highlands customer service is bad did not know how to reload their own gift card. I ask for a manager to reload she kept trying to show worker how to do it when I turn around manager in yellow baseball cap called me rude I then ask for a manager I told her I didn't like the girl remark I was a manager at McDonald's for 10 years She took my telephone number but no one ever called that is last time I will go there Miles Inchinose you need to look at your workers

So this place is really convenient for lots of people.Although it's NOT like "MY" McDonald's, still it was good because it was right across the street, up the road from the theaters. Didn't have to drive far. Plus too, there's a lot of shops in the shopping center. Only junk thing for me was, the restaurant is surrounded by asphalt parking stalls & CARS! And then they don't have a blinking light or alarm to inform the pedestrian that a car is exiting the drive thru. FOR ME THATS IMPORTANT, especially if you have little ones with you. But you can do your ONE DAY STOP SHOP HERE. Walmarts across the street with its OWN MCDONALDS. Wendy's, L&L, Pandas are across the way too! So you can have the whole family eating whatever they all want if NOT McDonald's. And he. Foodland, petco, tj max, longs & many other stores are here too. Public storage is next lot over. Lol!Point is... this place is busy busy busy! But they always seem to have a stall or two open almost immediately.The inside was very NICE & CLEAN!! Plenty of room and choices of seating. We were the only ones in there at the time and so the kids got to sit on the long benches while we sat on the table over with the chairs and bench. Only because we had the little ones. They needed high chairs. OH! The SHAREABLE MEALS are a bit different too! Depending where you go, you have to check what they have.

I work nearby and I work early hours so I sometimes want to grab something to eat. You state you're open 24/7 yet I get there most mornings (today, 2.10.23, is the most recent) and no one is to be seen. The drive thru is closed, no one inside. If updating hours so it's accurate is such a hard thing to do, let corporate know so they can do it. This is such a let down when most food places around aren't open at the wee hours of 4:30am.

Disgusting customer service from the manager of the store. Went through drive up for some sundaes. The portion of all 4 ordered were inconsistent and the hot fudge was like the container was empty when they pumped it out.Called the manager to advise of what happend. A woman picks up and goes, one pump is all you get, i made it myself and im the manager of this store then hung up. I called back to get her name, when she picked up she was like...thank you! Thank you! Have a good day! Then hung up again! She then tells me to not call again as they are busy! The audacity! When I asked for her name, she refused. When I told her I wanted a refund, she said she can't...something about a vendor. Blah blah blah. I've received refunds for mobile orders I've placed in the past. This place is awful.I get it. It's just mcdonalds...but it's also just my money. This place is crap. Don't come here unless you want to be robbed by this unnamed ghost store manager who likes to disrespect and disregard her paying customers. Trust and believe ghost manager, I'm going corporate just for you.

I guess you can't expect much from a McDonald's especially in Walmart. The kiosk machine didn't even go through to them so we stood waiting forever. Only when we asked they said I have to come to the counter to pay. Oh well. No expectations is what needs to be next time. LOL

One of the few locations inside a Walmart that seems to be ran with some kind of decent management. The food was served up hot and on a timely manner, and unlike most locations inside a Walmart, the lobby was very clean.

Pretty much my go to McDonald's because it's in a good location for me. Foodland, Longs, Walmart, Sam's Club Gasoline, one area shopping place! When they have the RIGHT person at the drive thru window, traffic runs nice & smooth. It can be pretty horrendous when Foodland customers are affected. So watch your window person, they are your saving grace, just observing when I'm at McDonald's longer than necessary it's who takes the order, get it right the first time, everybody is happy! That's talking from experience, no matter what, there are two McDonald's I would never go, because they never cease to amaze me getting the order wrong!
