I swear this McDonald’s is the only one on this island that’s always on some bullshit. I place mobile orders through the app that way when I go to pick it up in the drive-thru I’m one less car to hold up the line..lately I realize it doesn’t matter anyways because I’m still waiting at the window for a good 10 minutes for my food to come out! Can’t forget about the last 2x they refused to make my breakfast order even though I pay for it in advance through the mobile app and order it before the 10:30 window BUT because I’m stuck in the line and don’t get to the window until after 10:30 they tell me they cannot do nothing for me.. this the only McDonald that’s told me this it’s honestly so ridiculous.

BRIGS is so damn rude, I will not come back to this location. The drive thru ALWAYS takes forever. Tonight it was particularly backed up. We ordered online and came inside. I stood quietly waiting for my food at the counter. I see my order number on the bags he is making so I approach the counter and tell him it’s my order. He was so rude from the jump asking if I was going to order something. I said again “that’s my order” he made me go in and show him my name on my account. My order number was not enough. Power trip. I’ll spend my money elsewhere. I’d rather give it to another McDonald’s owner who doesn’t hire crap staff.

Drive thru service? Quick and amazing since its rennovation. It seems to be the focal point of this location. So much so that the dine-in experience is HORRIBLE. Sure you have lots of ways to order but the service and wait time itself? 20+ minutes for single item orders. No staff to consistently manage the cash register. No urgency. Anyways, just drive thru with your car. This is the only time its worth coming to this location.

The tables are always dirty, It's like cleanliness is not a priority. I come there often. Sad to see that they don't care about cleaning tables or floors. A lot of times, when it's not busy, it's still not cleaned. How hard is it to clean. I use bus tables. For 4 yrs. Cleanliness is always a first impression. And when I ask. They seem to prolong to do it. Like they have an assigned person. If you're free not on break, you should be able to do it. Everyone who works there should be able to do it.
No one at the counter. Two employees in the kitchen kept yelling at someone that I needed assistance. Finally, someone did appear. She had a tag on that said she was the crew trainee. So unpleasant. As a matter of fact, they all looked unpleasant. Don't think I'll be going back there again.

TL:DR NO MORE REFiLLS. Mcds selling points were: tasty food, fast friendly service and low prices. The prices only counted as low if you factored in the free refills on drinks including carbonated drinks and coffee This establishment doesn't. Good riddance.

Ordered food 10 minutes wait to pay + 20 minute for food that never came. Walked up spoke drive through and they didn’t know what i ordered. Guy said he just started. Ask me what I order and handed me cold food still for 20 minutes. Gave him the good back and asked for a refund. 5 more minutes for a supervisor than almost 10 minutes for refund. 3 tries no more. Will not return.
