This is a VERY strange McD's. The drive thru is a little shack and the food is sent on a conveyor belt from the main building. It is 24 hours for your convenience. The food is as expected, no issues there.

I have been going to the Pearl City McDonalds regularly recently due to convenience. For the most part it has been uneventful. The sandwiches are typically okay to good and the fries have on occasion been awesome. I have no idea what happened on my last visit. It was the worst Fish Filet Sandwich I ever had. I like the Fish Filet Sandwich because of the soft warm bun, but this time the bun was harder than cardboard. The only thing that was harder were the overcooked fries that came with my order. I wasn't sure if I was eating French fries or potato chips.

I always go thought the drive through the staff at the second window mid always soo nice. Sometimes they put the old women in the first window and they are mostly rude. Picking my food up from the window has always come to me hot. Even if it’s comes hot most times my food is messed up sometimes sloppy or missing items.

I have gone to many MacDonald in my lifetime but not once seen one as bad as this one. The restroom is so nasty with no toilet tissues and does not appear to be cleaned in a few weeks. Beach Park restroom is cleaner than this one. So I skipped the restroom. Ordered ice cream cron and serving was much smaller than any other MacDonald. I will never go back to this location.

I understand that staffing is an issue, but standards shouldn't be lowered to a point that an employee doesn't understand what a plain cheeseburger no salt. The receipt says, no ketchup, no mustard, and so on. Yet, she kept telling me it was a plain cheeseburger as I held it open in my hands. Never again.

The drive-through smells like raw sewage or trash that has been sitting out in the sun for a long time.Ordered a single McChicken sandwich, nothing else, and after waiting in the drive-through stretch for a few minutes, I was asked to "pull around and park in front of the door." That's where we waited for a few more minutes, in the stench, for a single sandwich.All in all, gross experience...

I had to take my husband to the airport early this morning with baby in tow. It too early for daycare drop off but late enough that driving back to Waikiki would t make sense, so I decided to stop at McDonalds and share breakfast with my tiny bestie.I opted for the table side option listed in the app and on the table for convenience while trying to keep baby occupied vs trying to juggle baby and food/drinks. After almost 15 minutes I ended up going to the counter to find out where our food was because they were empty. My food was sitting there and I stated that I opted for the table service in the app. The MANAGER Annie ignored my statement, so I repeated it again, and then she told me that they don't have that service at this location despite it being in their app and on their tables. (Other locations that truly don't offer the service, have the option grayed out.) I find it frustrating when they don't provide the advertised service, and when the manager doesn't act like a manager and tried to ignore me as a paying customer vs responding when being spoken too. My food was lukewarm as I'm sure it was sitting there for a while. The kicker is the printed ticket on the bag showed my table number, so it looks to me like they are set up for the service and instead just being lazy.
