Compared to Costco, they still have a variety of pizzas by the slice though the pizza ingredients have changed in the amount of pizza sauce and the breading. But for the price you cant beat that overall. Noticed they have new cardboard pizza containers that hold the pizza securely.
Hot dogs are plump and still better than costco imo since its still Nathans?, though the condiments are all in packets now. Variety of drinks at the dispenser. Only negative was there wasnt any napkins in the dispensers...4 starsš¤

Their fountain sodas are super flat warm and are not even close to tasting like what they're supposed to. No one cleaned any tables while we ate. Place could be good but needs some work and some up keep.

The coke here is officially the worst in the world. There is zero carbonation and the syrup always tastes slightly off.

I have been a Sam's club member since 2009. I have plus membership and the Sam's club credit card. Today I went to eat at the cafe with my 7 month old and 3 year old. I accidentally threw my receipt in the trash. I asked a rep if I could get a reprint and she said no, just give my club card to the door checker and he should be able to pull up my purchase. The checker named Web said my purchase was not coming up and sent me to the side where another lady came and said oh where's your receipt. I explained to her what happened and she said oh I can't help, so I said "so you want me to dig thru the trash" she replied yes and walked way. I couldn't even get her name or see her name tag because she walked away.
I went back and dug thru the trash and found my receipt. I came back to the door and asked for a manager to report this poor customer service. I was referred to Gerry who asked me "well he threw the receipt in the trash." Wow I couldn't believe that was the first thing a manager would say. Like really, does it matter who threw it in the trash. He didn't even bother to look if he could find my purchase, he just didn't care and treated me like another person with a complaint that he's tired of hearing. I told him, I accidentally threw it away but I'm seeking help for the fact that I had to dig thru the trash. He said "well maybe they were busy" WOW GERRY, you need to be retrained, no wonder the people under you gave the service they did, they are a reflection of the POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS OF THEIR MANAGER. I went to customer service and asked for another manager, I then spoke to April who apologized and suggested the same club app that can track my purchases. Thank you April but I won't be downloading the app because I'm never coming to Sam's club again.

Unsanitary food handling.Terrible service (why come work if you don't have the slightest effort to service Sam's members?)...Now mind you, this is a club store...and 2 of them almost got into a fight while the line was waiting!! Do not deserve even 1 star

If you are concerned at all with Covid, don't buy food here! The cashier handles the money (coins and bills) with gloves on and then uses the same gloves to grab the wrapped hotdog and soda cup to give them to you. I find this very disgusting and not hygienic at all.
Their prices, even at the gas pumps, are usually comparable to Costco but unlike Costco, Samās offers easy scanning from their app, so you can scan anything - except liquor - and avoid long lines at the cash registers - go straight to the exit & just show your cell ph at the door! So effortless and they even offer rewards (discount promotions)every now and then! Winning!!!
