Best sushi man I've been to. The portions are nice and big and they give you edamame. I didn't really like their dragon roll which is normally my favorite but everything else was really good

Yet another great place to take out sushi. Many options for nigiri, rolls, bowls, and bento. The salmon nigiri was particularly soft and everything was well made. Would visit again. Easy to find in the small foodcourt of Pearl Highlands with lots of parking.

Pearl City Highland Market Sushi-Man. Big menu, quick service, decent quality and taste. Ordered spicy tuna handroll, good size portion, taste was good, but tuna was minced and with spicy mayonaise mix, can't really tell if it's actually tuna or lower grade fish. With that said, reasonably priced at $3.50 and satisfied my craving. Highland Market is opened from 8am to 4:30pm daily. Tons of open air parking, along with additional covered parking on lower level next to Sam's Club. Elevator and escalator available to and from 2nd level

Surprisingly, since my wife and I moved here this month, we've eaten out about 10 times, and our favorite meal was HERE. We had to go to Spectrum and ended up grabbing some boba, cruising. While we were in the food court, we decided to get a couple of bentos. Even though the bentos are small (nothing that you'd expect to get full on), the quality of the fish and just the overall sushi and the ingredients made the experience worth while. Old Japanese lady rung us up, disappeared in the back, took a little while, but she came out and presented us with a nice ensemble of sushi. Even though we didn't walk away stuffed, the quality is what made us content. Eat slow, don't rush it, appreciate the food. Our next mission is to find a place just as good or better if can. We were kind of comparing the experience to AYCE sushi spots in Los Angeles. At those spots you get more than full, but the quality is not even close.

Best sushi around, don’t judge it as food court food, otherwise you’re missing out

My go to place when I come to this food court. I always order the same thing and it's always on point! It comes with rice, spicy ahi and beef bulgolgi. The salad is always fresh and the dressing is bomb too!
Doesn't dissapoint. Great food and prices are great! Best to call in a phone order, as they do get busy. Will keep coming back.

always hold my expectations high, service and quality of food always meets it! My go-to's are the Dynamite Maki and the Crunchy Maki. Never disappoints!

Not many good eateries in this food court that I was feening for. I settled for good ol Sushiman even though I live up the road from another one. People seemed to be socially distanced while waiting for their food so it was hard to tell who was actually in line. Turns out it was just me as the lady acknowledged me to come for and order. Usually I get the Dynamite but figured I'm not supposed to have too much seafood at this time, so I settled for a spicy ahi roll and an Arizona green tea. Even though my order was small, it came out in the order it was received. Chairs inside the food court were all taken during lunch hours but we scored a table outdoors. Can't go wrong with sushi and shopping! They also had bubble drinks.

Very poor customer service! The lady see's me and doesn't acknowledge me. She would rather answer the phone and go in the back First of all, if you're busy at least acknowledge your customers and say something like I'll be with you in a moment..... Second, if you're short staff, hire extra help especially on the weekends
Enjoy ?
