Had a major craving for crepes. This was the closest and only place that had! I'm sooooo glad I was able to get my fix here! The crepe was a bit on the thicker side than I'm used to. But overall strawberries and bananas inside were pretty fresh. Wish they gave more whipped cream though. Also got a milk tea I forgot to take a picture of but it was ok. It watered down pretty quickly. Overall service was quick and the cashiers were really nice. The gelato display is very satisfyingly clean. It is in a food court at the shopping center. So there is a lot of different options of other foods and a lot of space to go sit down and eat. Parking does get pretty crowded here but there is parking. The stalls are pretty tight though.

Nice to have Gelato nearby! We usually visit the Kaimuki shop but I happened to come in looking for boba tea. Although I was tempted, I ordered what I was looking for :) Thai milk tea $6.04 w/tax. It was perfect to my liking! Come in and visit in Pearl Highlands

Bought a scoop for my son today. Milk & cookies was ok, but not worth $6 for one keiki scoop (its their normal scoop btw). Literally so disappointing when the girl gave me the cup, thought she made a mistake but if thats how they sell their scoops, safe to say we will not be going again.

I've come to this establishment quite often but honestly i've never been more disgusted in my life. The other day when I came by, I saw two roaches on the counter. I literally almost threw up and I will not be returning ever. You know what they all say, you see one cockroach, there's probably millions crawling all around there. Absolutely disgusting, especially for a food establishment. Tear the entire place down. Get an exterminator for gods sake.

I went to Teaspresso Pearl Highlands on 9/5/2022 and ordered a Jasmine Milk Boba Tea. It was terrible! Tasted like Water with rubbery (stuck-together) Boba! So disappointing!

Had the banana chocolate gelato and it was super good! It's sort of a tiny scoop but it was perfect for my son. They have a lot of cool flavors like dragonfruit and ube cookie! We thought the tiny cones you could put as a topping was adorable. They have lily coffee here, too and it's so good! Just wish they wouldn't use plastic lids because it was so hot to drink.

Good tea (cold hojicha, no boba), but upwards of $5 for a plastic cup of pre-brewed tea seems a bit steep, especially because the location has the ambience of a food court.Plenty of seating, however, on a weekday afternoon.

I haven't been to this food court in forever. Decided to come here because I knew they offered the dessert. Their ice cream scoop is so tiny, I was actually shocked how small it was. I have an ice cream scooper at home, I thought it all came with one size but nope. So apparently a small size gives you two scoops. Two scoops doesn't meal two different flavors right. I just wanted one flavor so I asked the lady if I could just have one flavor and she asked me "so you only want one scoop?" so i got confused because why would I want to pay a whole $6 for a tiny cup just to have one tiny scoop while I could just get the normal two scoops for the one flavor I want. Not sure if that makes any sense but I just got two flavors in the end I guess. Overall, it was delicious, kona coffee, vanilla(forgot the proper name of it), and birthday cake. It's not something I would get over and over again though. I think my visit today was good enough.

This small food court has some great places to enjoy everyday but today I just wanted Boba... and damn did they deliver. I am going to say the best Honeydew smoothie with boba I have ever had. It was amazing and not sure why, sugar level was perfect , smoothie thickness was perfect for me (had asked them to make it less frozen) and wow... so so ono.

Pearl City Highland Market Teapressso Bar & Gelato Cafe. Delicious fresh made Gelato, with 16 flavors. Pineapple sherbert, green tea, coconut, dark chocolate, ube are just a few to mention. Add it to a thin crisp waffle bowl or made rolled waffle cone. Milk shakes are also on the the menu (3 choices for 7 bucks in shake). Gelato ice cream scooters, are on the smaller size and consistency is softer, but rich with favor. Teapressso is adjunct to IL Gelato Cafe, which has dozens of drink offers. Highland Market is open daily 8am - 4:30pm. Open covered parking lot is ample second level, with covered stalls on lower level next to Sam's Club.

It even is harder than the oldest rock in Hawaii!! the plastic spoon broke by that acai bowl?Friendly reminder: plz put the freezing açaí bowl into the microwave to let it melt a little bit before you serve it to me!I freaking gave you 15% tips on this ice rock?

I would first like to say that I love this establishment, I will just not be coming back to this location because of the way this lead handled the situation. I come here often, I love their açaí bowls so today I wanted to try their boba. It slipped out of my hand as I was walking out and I immediately went back. I've never EVER experienced working at or going to an establishment that doesn't honor the fact that just happened. I didn't even get to take a sip and I was told to purchase a whole new one and I don't believe the situation was handled professionally because of other things she said.
