The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf Pearl City

Waited 35 minutes for 2 lemonades while the couple behind me ordered 1 lemonade and 2 blended drinks and left 5 minutes before my order was ready. Cashier touched the inside of the cups before passing it to the back after touching money. Very unsanitary.

I ordered in store and the girl making drinks gave every single customer terrible attitude. A sweet aunty asked her a simple question and I felt bad for aunty when the girl snapped at her. When I received my drink, it was made wrong and when she remade it she didn’t stir the white mocha. I just took the L because being around her negative energy was DRAINING. Hopefully she quits asap because good coffee is limited in this area

I walked in to place my order and the line was long. Line started at the front door. It took awhile for me to order. The barista took my order. I handed her two stamp cards and asked her to consolidate it to one card, which she did, but didn't add on my current purchase to the card. I waited 20 minutes for my ice blended mocha and instead they gave me an ice blended macha. I told them that's not what I ordered. They said they'll re make it and wait another 20 minutes. Ridiculous! They should've rushed to remake my order right since it was their mistake. I spent over 40 minutes for them to make my order right. It was just one drink! Music was to loud, place is dirty (inside and outside dining areas). Of all the Coffee Bean and Tea locations I've been to, this the worst off all of them.

During a morning rush, drive thru is long and dine is long waiting times as well. It seems they are always understaffed. They also seem to not have a system. Instead of going in order on when the tickets come in, they seem to do whatever. I have pulled up to the drive thru window multiple times and they have not started my drink yet. They also sleeve the cup and cover up the specifications of the drink order. Ive had to catch/correct them on which milk they use multiple times. Some employees are good but most seem to not gaf about their job. Its crappy that this is the only one on this side, but quite frankly, the time it takes to wait in line and get my drink, I could drive to alamoana and have my drink also.

Baristas ignore you, I was waiting for 20+ min for them to serve the customers behind me. This is ridiculous, this is the only one on central side and I get it it’s busy but for you to serve 5 people behind me when I ordered first is ridiculous.

Stink homeless always sitting on the chairs outside. You go inside to order and they place you behind the drive through orders (happen to me twice) when I was the ONLY walk in waiting for a small coffee- terrible service, no system and their regional manager needs to speak to her owners and elevate their game- you fixed Pearl city Foodland didn’t you?

Frustrated!! everytime I come here they mess up my drink. They ask you “do you want whip” I say yes and get to the window and there is no whip. Something always funny because there always laughing so loud on the intercom l! Also I don’t know who does the inventory but they need to have someone else do it. One time I got my drink I had coffee grounds in it and they gave me a big boba straw!! They’re always out of something. Whip cream, cards, etc! The Ewa location and Ala Moana are by far the best in my own opinion.

Matcha frappe is better than competitors!!
