It is loud with a cacophony of different sources of music, it is dirty, and there are no accessible cup sleeves, napkins to clean the table with or warning that you might burn your hand holding your drink or have no wifi to work. Worst choice in a while...I can't comment on the food. Horrible atmosphere, and I suppose best used for the drive-through only.

The absolute worst chai latte I’ve ever had. Seems like they added hot water to a chai mix and called it a latte. So nasty. The ambiance of this store is very chaotic. They had two different types of music playing over each other. The barista seemed stressed, but I would be too if I had to listen to two different songs blaring at the same time. Who manages this place?

(24 February 2024) Great place, however WiFi is not available as advertised (may be a one-off) and the bathroom is currently closed. Great place to get a sandwich and do offline work, but only for short periods of time.Limited plug ins as well, only 1 by a small circular table, and 1 by a single large table.Food and coffee is very good.

It is always a disappointment coming to this coffeebean. Expect to wait up to 20minutes in the drive thru line and them being out of stock on a lot of their food items. On 2/8/24 all of their blenders were broken so no blended drinks either.

Went here twice for an ice blender for the wife, the first time we went, they didn't have whip cream, no problem. We go back one day later and they aren't making any ice blends. How does this place even stay in business. Oh well whatever, we're not going there anymore.
I went through the drive through and there were coffee grounds all in my drink. Had her remake it still coffee grounds and no straws. Then I went inside had them remake it again no extra shot of espresso and still coffee grounds and had to wait 20 mins to get it remade. I notice when the drive through girl was making my drink she wasn’t packing the coffee grounds which would explain why it was coming out bad. I understand people have bad days and I don’t know if she just having a bad day but I’m a regular customer and this is the first time I’ve ever had anything wrong with my drink.

We thru the drive thru - total time wasted 12 minutes. First - no indication that they don’t have a seasonal drink until I asked.Ordered a different seasonal drink without complaint because why get mad over a drink. Waited 5 minutes to order. Another 7 minutes until it’s my turn to get my drink only to find out their tap doesn’t work. I was traveling light because I was just taking my dogs out for a walk so I didn’t have any other forms of payment.I offered to take the drink and come back later to pay when I was driving thru (1 town over) but they said no. So their decision is to waste it vs possibly getting their money later when it’s their fault I couldn’t pay? Poor, immature management. I realize that it can be a scam but try and look out and address the situation vs hid behind your young inexperienced cashier who isn’t paid to deal with customer issues.And for God’s sake, put up a sign to avoid all of this. How does corporate tolerate this type of complaints?
