Our office is across the street from the Patisserie and I was urged to get our monthly birthday pastries from them. I called and spoke with Tiffany who was so awesome!! She sent me the menu and helped me with the order, which was ready the next morning. The Guava Danish were spectacular!! But... if they married a cheese Danish with the Guava Danish, that would be EPIC! :) The staff were all very friendly and helpful and our staff thoroughly enjoyed the pastries! Mahalo Tiffany! We will be back, that's for sure!

I feel sorry for whoever works at this company. For a place that sells sweets, they’re foul. They like to ridicule you for everything you do instead of teach you. They belittle you, they look down at everything you do and play favorites. They constantly change schedules and then don’t tell you until the day you supposed to work? Guess what ? You don’t, because they had no courtesy to tell you this prior to making the drive. This company is the opposite of sweet. If you just started working there, get out. They’ll find anything to use against you so that they can say they fired you. These people are not people, just a blood sucking establishment that wants your money. The funniest thing too! their desserts aren’t even good ! ? you can go to mikes bakery (way better customer service & locally owned, super amazing staff ) and get all this FOR CHEAPER & BETTER QUALITY AND THEY ACCEPT EBT. It’s located in Waianae but they open arm welcomes anyone and everyone despite their background. THOSE ARE THE ONES YOU SHOULD BE SUPPORTING. Not this trash.

Fantastic service every year! They always help by taking the Gingerbread Men (cookies) to my car. Great service and personable as well!

Too bad they no longer have any retail outlets because The Patisserie makes the best traditional Napoleons found on this island. Most other Napoleons here don't feature the flaky mille feuille layers, pastry cream and confectioners sugar icing streaked with chocolate. Now I have to go Victoria Pastry on Washington Square in San Francisco when craving authentic Napoleon pastries, on the way to the best coffee on the planet, Graffeo. I remember The Patisserie next to Star Market in Kahala Mall in the 1980s. Upon returning to live here, saw their store on Bishop Street, and the one in Ward Warehouse. Then everything was gone. Story of this island, all that was good, all the memories, swept away.

I ordered a cake for an event. Because I couldn't look at images prior to ordering, I just hoped for the best. It was beautiful, and my kids said it tasted great. Excited to get another cake to try when I visit them!

Peach cake was absolutely moist and delicious! My son hardly eats cake, but this particular one is exceptional. Thank you Bob and Colleen.

There facility is dirty and the owners have no respect for their employees they have no medical no 401k plan they have no holiday pay and they make you work on holidays. They pay their workers minimum wages for years now because they are a different ethnicity and they don't know there getting ripped off for the type of work they are doing someone should really look into that place very unsanitary.

This is a warehouse, not a restaurant.

I'm so pissed my wedding cake was not at all the color I ordered and it was tilting, they didn't set my cake up and put the cake topper on the cake after taking the cake apart it was held up by bamboo sticks. I feel ripped off and the worst part is I emailed them a copy of what my cake color was suppose to be, I walk into my wedding seeing a sea blue cake that suppose be Tiffany blue.

I was more than disappointed with the cake I received. For some reason they put a super thick layer of some chocolate icing or pudding between two very thin layers of yellow cake. I didn't ask for all of that. Just yellow cake with buttercream icing on top. Because of the chocolate the yellow cake was unedible for a lot of my party. Aside from that the cake was said to be 4in thick but in actuality we had maybe 2 inches of cake and then 2 inches of icing and filings. What a waste of money it went into the trash.

I ordered a specialty cake from the patisserie for my baby shower yesterday. I put in the order and worked out a design with the chef a few months in advance. I had my sister pickup the cake, if you haven't been here before it could be a little tricky to find, good thing I didn't send a guy who would get easily frustrated. The cake itself was adorable. Being that it was made with fondant it was also pretty heavy and needed to be refrigerated. While I'm not that much a fan of fondant, since my baby shower was not in an AC place, we figured it would be best. Regardless, the cake was delicious! We event with some popular flavors, I think it was guava chiffon or something. Everybody loved the cake and couldn't stop talking about how cute it was and where I had gotten it. Though it was s little pricey (a little over $100) it was a nice splurge for our baby girl! I would definitely look into the patisseries for future cake needs, even if it's something a little simpler.

The Patisserie recently delivered several items for a social function I attended yesterday. The chocolate cake and white cakes was absolutely to die for. I highly recommend anything that the The Patisserie makes. Their products are of the highest quality.
