Stopped by for 'quick' breakfast around 7:30. After talking out loud, took awhile before someone came from the kitchen to take order. The sausage cheese muffin was distinctly dry and hard, not moist. Quiet dining area with not many folks, great for reading the morning paper. Similar to the airport area Wendy's, not much on customer service.

Twice now, I’ve ordered the Asiago Ranch Chicken Sandwich from this Wendy’s, and twice now, the kitchen has fumbled it like it’s the Super Bowl.
First time? They slapped American cheese on it, which, in case anyone in the back needs a reminder, is not Asiago. Second time? No cheese at all and mayo instead of ranch. At this point, I’m wondering if the kitchen staff is out back sampling the devil’s lettuce because something is clearly not clicking.
This sandwich is literally in the name. Asiago. Ranch. Chicken. It’s not an abstract concept, it’s a menu item.
I love Wendy’s, but if I wanted a mystery sandwich, I’d go somewhere with a clown mascot. Please do better. I just want my sandwich.

Drive thru girl was very RUDE! Asked her for spoons with our Frosty, and she told us I gave it to you. We showed her the straws and said that she didn’t. She unhappily gave us the spoons, and slammed her drive thru window on us. We come here several times a month and never had service like this. She has a bad attitude and shouldn’t be in customer service.

While the restaurant's cleanliness met typical fast-food standards, the real standout was the exceptional customer service provided by the manager, Nathan. From the moment we walked in until we left, Nathan's attentiveness and genuine friendliness were truly remarkable. He treated us with a level of care and professionalism you'd expect in a fine dining establishment. Because of Nathan's dedication to his customers, I'll definitely be returning.

Went through the drive-thru at 6:42 am this morning and couldn't get anyone to acknowledge or even assist me. (This the second time this has happened to me at the drive-thru).
I then went inside and no one would help and only stared at me.

i ordered a Baked Potato with bacon and cheese which took about 5 minutes but when i got it The worker in the kitchen looked Very mad and was staring at me like i did something which made me uncomfortable But the Worker at the Counter was Nice and they have a Self serve Drink

Stood there for 30 minutes. Every employee saw us standing there waiting for someone to take our order. It wasn't even busy. 2 people in drive thru and us in side. If I could give zero stars, I would. When I asked the lady if she was going to take our order. She said, "Oh yes and walked away. Your better off going to McDonald's or panda express. Don't go here and waste your money.
Kudos to the manager when I was there. It was around 3 pm, but he was efficient and served the customers very well. I would definitely come to this Wendy's just be a of the manager. Outstanding customer service.

I was in the area craving Wendy’s. Google and the closest one was this place. My honest review…the place is a little bit run down but when I walked in, I was greeted to a wonderful cashier. She was professional, helpful, friendly, down to earth. She even helped me with my food to the table since I was dining in. As for the food, I always like their chicken nuggets, that’s the reason why i stoped by. So 5 ⭐️ to the service. Thank you to the cashier (didn’t ask for her name).
