When I discovered the Dave's Single thanks to a Wendy's promotion, I found my new favorite sandwich, better than even In-N-Out Burgers. Well more so since there are no In-N-Out Burger locations in Hawaii.The Makolu location is the closest to me so this is the one I visit the most. Now the only Drive-thru I would use was McDonalds since the I felt the other Drive-thru restaurants were extremely slow. However, for sure Mcdonald's Drive-thru has slowed. Of course this can depend on the customers too. But the other day, I decided to chance Wendy's Drive-thru. I was pleasantly surprised as the Drive-thru was pretty fast. Oh and their Frosty-Yumm. Fried are good too.It's close, but I think Wendy's is going to overtake McDonald's as my favorite fast food restaurant.

I have been buying my nephew food from this location for over a year - even though I live on the mainland. All he ever needs to do is provide the order code and they give him his meal.Today the counter worker told him he cannot pick up the order without my ID. When I called the restaurant, the person answering said that he needed ID and to see my receipt on my phone. When I explained that I was in california, he said sorry, it's policy. He also said that he had my order and would not refund my money.It's pretty sad that a franchise would steal money from an elderly widow and not honor my order for my nephew.

I loved peppermint coffee and ice cream. So, the other day, I bought 2 spearmint frosty to try them out. What a major disappointment! The ice milk was ok; however, as far as for the spearmint taste, barely a hint of any spearmint taste. Even my friend agreed. Don't advertise any seasonal limited specials if you can't deliver the product correctly. Did anyone from this franchise even tasted before starting selling it? I guess not! I gave it a rating of "3" for the ice milk/ice cream, a "0" for the spearmint taste...
My second time getting the chicken ranch wrap and it suuucks! My tortilla was hard and broken practically everything was falling out and THERE WAS NO RANCH! So disappointed I basically got torn up torilla with cold chicken and wilted
