Cornbread Mix
Bake at Home: Cornbread Mix Makes 1 tray of cornbread, approx. 5¾ " x 7¾ ", and bakes up about 1½ " in height. What you will need: 2 Large Eggs ½ Cup Oil ½ Cup Water 1. Preheated oven to 335º-350º F 2. Whisk together eggs, oil, and water. 3. Add Cornbread mix, and mix until smooth 4. Pour batter back into black tray. 5. Zippy's Pancake Mix
2 pounds Preparation: 1 Bag of Zippy's Pancake Mix (16oz) 2 Cups Cold Water (16 oz) 1. Empty the contents of the entire bag of powdered mix into a mixing bowl. 2. Measure out 2 cups of cold water and combine with the powdered mix. 3. With a wire whisk, mix both ingredients until blended. Do not overmix. 4. this is the Zippys we usually dine in all the times. Like the trio chicken / chicken Katsu / Korean chicken plate while my mother get the sandwich’s or fries. Friendly service and will visit again soon.

From the time we were greeted at the dine-in area to the time our check arrived our waiter made us feel welcome. It's a shame that I forgot her name as I would like to thank her for making our experience at Zippys a great one. Especially since I was with my friends too she made us have a smooth experience by always coming to check up on us, refilling our cups when we needed, etc. We went on a Friday at around 10am. This is the kind of service that we need nowadays in restaurants....

We landed pretty late and this was one of the only place that was still open till midnight close by our hotel. They had a lot of options on the menu. I got the triple something platter. The price was decent. The portion was good. It was fresh and good. It was a great 1st real meal after all the flights. I recommend
