Well, if you work at the Pearl Harbor shipyard area, then this Charleys Philly Steaks is an option for consumption. Located at the Navy Exchange Fleet Store, it's in a small food court that also houses a Subway, Panda Express, and a Taco Del Mar. The service was fine and the food did not disappoint. The flavors you'd expect in a Philly cheesesteak were there and the sandwich wasn't just a fat grease ball (which is sometimes what you want). Close to a true Philly cheese steak but being from the suburbs of Philly its not authentic, needs a real Armaroso roll than maby I'd give 5 stars. Its a great substitute since I'm over 3,000 miles from Philadelphia now. Overall a great cheese steak.
