I would give it zero stars if I could! First and last time visiting this location. First let me start off with the young lady taking orders seemed as if the customer was writing a dissertation, should was not understanding a simple chip order. Finally on to my order. I ordered a chicken and bacon protein bowl with double meat, and it was the smallest salad and meat portion (see photo)I have ever received in the dozens of times I have ordered this from other locations. When I asked if that is all I am getting, her snarky comment was “that is our portion size.” Fine since it seems no one is competent enough to keep the line moving, and they want to short change me on my portion size, I will never visit this location again!

I bought a meatball marinara sub against my better judgement. The INSIDES of the meatballs were very dried out, and there were like about 3 meatballs in the whole sandwich that had normal meatball texture. I ate them all because I was hella hungover, but man, that was not good at all.

This subway has been revamped and is so nice, easy, and fast! It even has a drive thru for people on the go. It is located on base, so ID card required. The staff is nice and the sandwiches are perfect! Highly recommend!

The Subway on Pearl Harbor on The Subway base side in the Nex store The ladies there has outstanding customer service They have the Freshest veggies than any Subway i have ate on this island. They are not afraid to give you veggies on your wrap,or sandwich..Thank you ladies..

Date 6/9/2020 time 10:39 went to Subway in shop store Pearl Harbor ordered items listed online menu and was told they did not have those sandwich, when asking for assistance workers ignored me, very unprofessional, very sarcastic, no name tags, do not recommend going to this facility.

1477 N Rd Bldg 2186, Pearl Harbor, HI 96860 The only reason there is one star is because I had to click it. I went to this subway a couple days ago and received an email about my experience. Once I completed the survey, I recieved a code for two free cookies and drink with purchase of a sandwich. Well! I attempted to use the code and was told by the cashier I could only use half the coupon!! What sense does that make...I'm willing to pay for what I purchase, but this was crazy and unacceptable. Then the cashier said they dont accept survey codes, the owner of the franchise emailed me thanking me for taking the survey...crazy experience...everytime I go to this location I have a bad or negative experience....smh this is the only subway location I have problems...I am going to always avoid this store.
