Food was wonderful. I'm usually underwhelmed by resort food but this did not disappoint! Great place to celebrate a birthday. Price is a little steep, but in line with high end restaurants. Will be back for sure!
Love everything there: the food, service, atmosphere, and the incredible view. We weren’t staying at 1 Hotel, but lived nearby and went there for amazing breakfasts and dinners. Probably the best restaurant on Kauai.
Get the poke bowl!!! So tasty. The tacos were okay but not outstanding. We went during lunch where the prices seemed a little bit more reasonable. I don't think we would go for their breakfast, buffet or dinner. It just seemed a little bit overpriced. Killer views and the staff also encouraged us to hang out around the hotel and check it out, which would be beautiful. Be advised. There is no free parking you have to use valet, and it will be at least thirty dollars
