We had a spectacular dinner at 1 Kitchen. The food was phenomenal, the views are stunning, and more than anything our server Travis was probably the most exceptional server we’ve ever had anywhere (and we literally travel the world going to some of the finest restaurants). A truly genuine and kind person, with wonderful food and drink recommendations. Travis really made an already fantastic meal just that much more of an amazing experience all around.
Overall, I am giving this restaurant 5 stars based on customer service and the amazing views. The food was okay, definitely over priced for the amount. The restaurants decor gives tulum vibes and it's located in an exceptional area. I would return again perhaps for drinks only and views but not the food.
The breakfast buffet at 1 Kitchen Hanalei Bay is an absolute treat and the perfect way to start the day in Hanalei. The space itself is bright, airy and offers stunning views that make you want to linger a little longer over your coffee.
