The best Eegs Benedict I’ve ever had. The Hollandaise sauce is terrific. I eat here 3 years ago and it’s still just as good. They open at 8:30 so don’t be too late or it will be gone.

We pretty much made breakfast at home every day of this trip but I am so glad that we made a stop to this food truck. The pictures of the pork eggs benedict online had me needing to try the real thing myself. I can tell you that this does NOT disappoint. The flavor in this dish is crazy. I was savoring every bite. Best eggs benedict I have ever had in my life!!
Unfortunately, my husband did not really enjoy his burrito, even with the garlic aioli on it, which made him keep coming back and eating my dish haha. It was a bit too meat heavy and did not have much flavor in our opinion.

Upon arrival to the ordering window, notice some odd smell. Couldn't really tell if it was garbage or something else. Just wasn't a pleasant smell.
We went and tried the egg benedict, and like another reviewer mentioned the muffin was mushy. However, for us it didn't seem mushy but more like we were biting into dough as it was still packed like ube potato. Other than that, it tasted as it should.
The spiral potatoes on a stick were a nice touch. Overall, we don't think it was worth $27 though but there's not really much options on this side of the island.

The prices are a little higher than posted on the website but the pork Benedict was a half portion for $16 and it was plenty of food with amazing flavor! The pancakes were also great and my husband gave the burrito 4.7. We would definitely go again. You have to be patient because there's only 1 person at the register and 1 person cooking. Got there at 0836 and had our food by 0900.

One of the best eggs benedict i've ever had, with lots of Kalua pork, great hollandaise, perfectly poached eggs, and great presentation. Sandwiches also worthwhile

We stopped here just before closing, and many items were sold out. I did manage to get a Spam & egg sandwich, and my wife got the Eggs Benedict. Both turned out to be great choices. My wife couldn't stop saying how good hers was. She got a single serving, and it was huge. I didn't give atmosphere a 5 because the place could use some spiffing up. Don't let that stop you from coming and enjoying a great meal.

Food was great! Watch out for the aggressive roosters, one of them took 1/2 my breakfast sandwich right off the picnic table!
Sounds better than it is. Food was kinda bland. For the price it’s just a little overrated
