What? The worker said "I'll be right with you" to the customer in front of me. And we proceeded to wait and wait and while the employee just scrolled along on her computer. We both ended up walking away with zero recognition from the employee. It's coffee. Get over yourself.

The lady working ignored us when we came and did not serve us. Very dissatisfied with the service. Did not even get to try the food! I tried getting her attention and it did not seem to work.

Great Chai tea and mango iced tea! However the staff’s attitudes were a bit poor and I stood there for about 5-10 minutes waiting for them to finish talking about personal affairs before they decided to even take my order.I’d still go back considering how good the drinks were! Just make sure you’ve got the time and patience

Don't know about your Coffee but your choice in employees is lacking, customer service classes should be a must.

Rush during the morning hours as its located inside a super market. Could have 2 staffs making those coffees. The lady took 20 mins to make 2 coffee and I was third on line.. I stood in line about an hour with 2 people ahead of me… Coffee taste great though.. can put more staff in this location.. They have cute hawaii merchandise too like mugs, bottles and flasks.Stars only for serviceFor coffee and merchandise I would give it 5

Small coffee counter located inside the Princeville grocery store. Not the best situation. Short staffed...only 1 person to take orders and make drinks. Took 26 minutes to get our order. We shopped. Maybe that's the plan?!?! They were out of a few drinks we wanted to order. So while the concept of a coffee counter inside a grocery store usually works, it currently isn't in this location. Expect nothing fast.

Don't expect them to be open!!! They are never reliable on hours of op. They just work whenever they want and close whenever they want. Customer service is horrendous! Girl don't know how to smile or say hello. She get flustered super easy!! Coffee bean is my favorite. But this store is giving the band a horrible reputation! It's the only one on island and the only coffee in this town. They could be making SOooo much money if they just got good workers with reliable hours.

Ok so management needs to teach the people working there how to be nice to customers, that's why they call it customer service! Second time I went there to get a coffee, I asked if they had anything dairy free? The rude girl yelled at me that it was all powder I asked if it was vegan? She couldn't answer me. I walked away and said " sorry I bothered you" won't be back!!! Just awful!

This coffee bean is located inside of Foodland. My brother got the iced caramel latte and I got the iced vanilla latte & they were both really good! These two are our usual go-to's at coffee bean. The worker was Ashley & she attentive & was working by herself (cashier + making the drinks). She had a great attitude despite doing everything on her own & managing a line! You go girl! Anyways, I hope they hire at least 1 more worker to cashier & one to make the drinks so it's not just one person doing both.
