Food is great, exactly the consistent pizza hut flavor we all know and love.
But the fact that the owners/managers have implemented asking for a tip, even for an online order, encourages me to dine at PH's competition. It's obvious that the employees find it awkward as well. I'm not talking about online tipping. If I pay online, they ask for a tip in store at the register.

I put this because I work in the service industry, and truly believe that part of our job is to give the guest/customer the best experience possible. This lady was dry, curt, and not pleasant at all. I almost wanted to hang up. But, I also wanted to eat. Probably not a good slogan. Just needed to eat, with not wanting to go out. Or other means of acquiring sustenance.
The staff was extremely accommodating and welcoming. Even after dealing with a chaotic customer encounter, the cashier maintained her composure and assisted me with my issues.

Although there are sometimes not enough staff, those working do their best to keep the restaurant open and serve customers.
