Charleys Cheesesteaks

I would not recommend. This particular Charlies location has sketchy prices and the food is bad. The meat is flavorless and the fries are uncooked. It doesn’t taste like the classic Charlie’s food.

The chicken Phillies are always hot and fresh, considering they're cooked right there. The fries are usually piping hot too. Very solid food, but the service can be abrupt, and it's in the main px.

The food looked disgusting as soon as I got it an requested no banana pickles and was given so much of it. The guy was so rude and was ignoring everything I was saying!!!

Almost never a line and food is good. Priced more expensive than subway for a foot long. Ppl that work here have zero personality though.

They really push add-on prices for everything. I ordered a basic cheesesteak with a combo (signage indicates +4.99 but was upcharged into a large drink despite asking for a regular combo? 7.38 vs 4.99 because they gave me a large drink I didn't ask for. Would not come here again with these shady practices. I'm just asking for them to be honest with easy to read prices and not upcharging without ensuring the customer actually asked for that. Would give 0 stars if possible tbh

It was horrible. We trashed $31 of food and went over to Jersey Mike's. Save your money and go somewhere else.

Biohazard

Overall not bad! Got the regular cheese steak + bacon and a side of ultimate fries. It was very tasty. Overall I was more impressed than I thought I'd be since these arent "real" philly cheesesteaks (no whiz?), but it was a nice changeup from going to the other places in the food court. I'll be back!

Something was off about my last sandwich here. It’s like they cooked meat that had gone bad.

The only thing that was good was the drink, the steak tasted like dog food & it made me sick. By far worst meal I’ve had in 2023 ?

Sadly if you don't tell the cashier, cook, and condiment person exactly how to make your sandwich you will get the wrong toppings every time. Asked for a large Prime BBQ Steak. Specified no lettuce, no tomato, extra mayo. The cook forgot to add the onions that it comes with and put the meat right on the bread before adding any mayo. Then the condiment person put lettuce on it. Good grief.

Cold cheese horrible service is so expensive

My wife and I don't eat out much, but we decided to give this place a try. The food was alrifht at most, but $42 for 3 combos is outrageous! Simply not worth it. Our first time was our last time eating here. Prices are getting stupid these days...
