Personally I've never had a bad interaction with any of the staff at any one of my many times eating here. The vibes are always great and they usually will always strike up a conversation with me first. Granted they probably see me a bit too much so they just know haha
Food always comes out great! And when I say I want extra of something, they give me EXTRA. Which I appreciate as a fellow extra extra mayo and pickles on my sandwich type of person. I usually always have the same order and they picked up on it, glad to see they strive to remember regulars and their orders!

Today they were playing the Odyssey Musical sound track before opening and for that reason alone I decided that's where im having lunch today.
I mean, I have eaten there before but I always forget about it. it is good. and the workers obviously have taste XD Atmosphere 6 stars

A huge rip off to service members and I say this because i believe it is probably the most expensive place on the island to eat I got 2 sandwiches with fry’s and a drink $57 and some change and to be frank the food 1 out of 10 across the board hard to believe Schofield allows prices like that and yes I know Hawaii is expensive but it’s not that damn expensive…

Rudest employees I've ever encountered. Little girl named April pretending to be a supervisor shewing me away with her hand telling me to go on instead of just listening to my concern with the cashier. This girl literally tried to fight me. Would not recommend any women going to this location they are only nice to men😒. Throughout this horrible encounter the original rude employee was still running her mouth mocking my daughter n law up until we finally left🤦‍♀️

If I could give 0 stars I definitely would. The employees make it VERY clear that they dislike their jobs. Especially April who said she doesn’t care if she gets in trouble because she’s moving.

I asked to have my sandwich toasted to which the girl with saggy earlobes told me there is no toaster, tossed my sandwich to be wrapped by the girl working the register without giving me a chance to ask for other veggies and then TURNED AROUND AND FIRED UP THE GRIDDLE. I wanted a hot sandwich, not an attitude. Thankfully there are plenty of other places to eat next time I'm at the PX.

This negative review is a long time coming. I’ve given this location multiple chances and am always let down - not only by mistakes on our orders, but the atmosphere and attitudes of the employees, including the manager.

My order never changes, and is incredibly simple. I always make it clear I want “mikes way, but no onions, please”. This location consistently takes the orders of all customers in line, clogging up the pay area, and clearly allowing the employees to make mistakes when they forget the order they took 5 patrons ago when it comes time to actually assemble it. 9/10 times my sandwich has onions in it. Sometimes it has mayo added, or other various ingredients. I can’t correct this during assembly - how am I to be sure which is actually *mine* when they’re taking 8+ orders at a time? And I don’t want to be *that* person so I find out once I open the bag.

Beyond the poor method for taking orders, every. Single. Time. I go here, an employee is complaining about customers. The manager herself, does not stop this, she will also instigate these conversations in front of her current line of patrons. I’ve seen the reviews here, and on local Facebook groups. The consensus is the attitude and poor precision of orders makes this location unbearable.

I get having bad days. I understand how some customers can be. But how can it be the customer 10/10 times, and you’re letting it spill over to be conversed about in front of others? And clearly, with the amount of mistakes I’ve faced here, some complaints are warranted.

Happy to avoid this location - officially.

Owner deliberately preying on service members by not taking star card. Sandwiches never neatly made at all. Employees are nice at least.

good customer service

Five-star food. Five-star service. What more could you ask for? My son loved the Turkey sub, and my Chipotle Chicken sub was absolutely succulent, with creamy chipotle sauce and sautéed peppers and onions. It’s a great option when you’re looking for a change of pace from the usual Philly cheesesteak sub.

Shout out to April, the perfect gentleman who took our order, and the lovely chief who grilled these subs to perfection. Thank you!
