Ridiculously high price for a place that doesn’t even include pico de gallo in a chipotle bowl. $17 for chicken, rice, beans, cheese and sour cream? Then $2 extra for pico de gallo, $2.50 extra for guacamole. I really wanted this to be good because our food options at the PX are a bunch of fast food chains, but I was very disappointed.
Walking into this place I immediately felt like I was on West Texas! The decor on the walls, the music, the owner greeting you invitingly…it was the perfect ambiance for a Sunday family brunch. Charming and authentic!
The chips and salsa were on the table fast and were SO GOOD. The chips were thick, obviously made in house. The salsa was spicy and so delicious my husband was drinking the cup.
Reasonably priced and the food was spot on. We lived in El Paso for years and this was the best Mexican food we’ve had since then.
We will definitely be back. Next time we will save room for dessert (fried ice cream or churros). The food was so good we just stuffed our faces!
The tamale is the only edible food here.
Terrible quality food for a ridiculous price and wait time. The beans were hard.
Mid food, small portions, outrageously priced for quality.
Save the money and throw some minute rice in the microwave and heat up some leftover chicken instead of spending your money here. For a $17 burrito I expect it to at least be filling! This burrito was more like the size of an enchilada and rice was hard to bite. Chicken was tasty I guess. I was genuinely uninterested with every bite and even contemplated going up handing them it back it was so mid. Service was good I guess. Horchata is phenomenal but for $6 that will be my first and last time getting it. I cannot stress this enough, do not go here unless you just enjoy being disappointed.

I had a chipotle burrito and so far it's the worst thing I've eaten in a long time. The meat was very salty, greasy and the tortilla was not even cooked. This is not the first time this has happened to me. I always tried to give it a chance because sometimes mistakes can happen, but save your money because this place is expensive. Instead, go buy food from the PX is much cheaper and better. To be honest, this place should not be recognized as Mexican food.

I ate a chipotle burrito for lunch yesterday. The lady recommended it to me . It was by far the worst thing I've ever had to eat here on oahu in 16 years that I've been here . I support mi raza but I feel the food was disrespectful and should not be served to anyone. . They need to re do the menu and work.on the food .

I get the Chicken Tamale and it is the best tamale I have had on island. People complain about the prices, but suspect they haven't been on Hawaii long, because $15 is on par for MacDonald's and any other fast food. The flavor is amazing, the service is great and the price is on point. Also the best food court option.

Fresh, authentic, and the flavor packs a punch! I ordered just a couple of chicken tacos, which came with a lime wedge and cilantro for garnish. Delicious! Will be back!

Too disgusting $13.00 for a quesadilla with no cheese and a pittance of meat if anything it was 5 tiny pieces of meat in a single folded tortilla a spoonful of beans and horrible rice!! I would never recommend it and even less would I return even if I am starving!!!
