I get the Chicken Tamale and it is the best tamale I have had on island. People complain about the prices, but suspect they haven't been on Hawaii long, because $15 is on par for MacDonald's and any other fast food. The flavor is amazing, the service is great and the price is on point. Also the best food court option.
My wife and I had lunch here and were pleasantly surprised at how authentic and delicious the food was. She ordered a grande chicken burrito and I got the chicken tamale plate. The flavor of the chicken in both was robust, moist, and had an adequate amount of spice, especially when adding the salse verde (which was surprisingly tasty as most lack in flavor). The chips and salsa were on the table fast and were SO GOOD. The chips were thick, obviously made in house. The salsa was spicy and so delicious my husband was drinking the cup.
