Use to be good, when they first opened and the longer they are open the worse they get.
At first they had quality ingredients and the dishes were so yummy. Now they are so salty, different ingredients and not good quality.

The food is hands down the best in the PX. The staff is so kind and always so friendly. The quality and quantity you get is very reasonable and the food is just wonderful. Highly recommend. It’s refreshing to see employees working that seem to genuinely enjoy being there and have pride in what they do. The customer service was truly top notch and a refreshing change to the PX.

Pasta was amazing! Staff was super friendly, it was nice having healthy homemade options at the foodcourt. I'll definitely be coming back here more often. The drinks are really good too!

Slow, food was gross. The only thing this place has going for it is how it looks.
The pasta was drowning in oil, the side of bread it came with was also drowning. It could have been butter but it had no flavor, it was just greasy. It's way overpriced for the quality and quantity you get. And you'll be waiting over a half hour for your food.
The workers were nice though, our bag got taken by someone else and they remade our food and tossed in some treats. Just wish the food was better and was worth all that hassle.

First I’d like to say that this is a great addition to the food court. I love the ambiance it’s very inviting. This was my husband and I first time trying it out. The menu is very selective but great choices. Unfortunately when we went they were out of chicken 🥺 I love Italian food and I have to say the food was pretty tasty compared to other local Italian places tho my husband and I think it could be tweaked for more tastier, quality food.
For the owner:
the bread was dry, hard and cold. We bought the loaf with the cheese not realizing that the pasta already came with a side of bread.
Peach palmer could taste more like tea than lemonade although the fresh peaches was a great touch!
Creamy Tuscanny with Italian sausage was great! Only downfall was the noodles were over cooked and the sauce was very watery. It was like eating a pasta soup.
Pesto Shrimp Scampi was delicious the flavors were great! However I was looking for the pesto. It had no pesto just a lot of lemon. My shrimp was under cooked and I’d prefer them without the tails. Sauce could be thicker as well.
We are also hoping you add more condiments like crushed red peppers, hot sauce, and the Parmesan cheese should be available for customers.
The staff there is great, wait time is a little long but again it was lunch time and I wasn’t the only one waiting. My husband and I will definitely be back.

The spaghetti was wayyy better and half the price of the Spaghetti Factory in Honolulu. 😂 Really good food, all meal prices averaged $15, and wait time was minimal during lunch hours.

Solid Italian food. It is affordable and convenient, and though it isn’t the very best Italian food I’ve ever had, it’s very tasty. We will definitely be back to try the expanded menu.
In case the owner reads this review, the garlic bread was cold and a tad bit dry. The shrimp scampi pasta was a tad bit overcooked, but not enough to ruin the dish. Finally, I don’t really enjoy having the tails on the shrimp when I’m eating pasta. Just some pointers if you want the feedback. The shrimp scampi sauce was extremely tasty.

An Excellent Addition to the Food Court
I don’t usually expect to be impressed by food court restaurants, but Omi’s Eataly completely shattered my expectations in the best way! They’ve only just opened, but if they keep this up, they’re going to stand out fast.
I ordered the shrimp scampi pasta and was genuinely surprised by how good it was. The sauce was rich and creamy without being too heavy, it had fresh herbs, juicy cherry tomatoes, meaty mushrooms, and a half lemon served right in the bowl, a perfect touch! The shrimp were plump, well-cooked, and generously portioned! The dish was topped with both parmesan crumble and freshly shredded mozzarella.
It came with a slice of fresh warm garlic basil bread that was super soft and packed with real herb flavor lightly toasted. Even the house-made citrus refresher was memorable — lightly sweet with mint and a cherry garnish. It tied the whole meal together.
I will say, the wait was around 10–15 minutes, but I was totally okay with that and I hope others are too. This isn’t fast food, and it shouldn’t be treated like it is. Honestly, I’d much rather wait a few extra minutes for a dish this well made than get something rushed and forgettable.
For the price, this was an incredibly satisfying meal, especially for Hawaii. Between the portion, the ingredients, and the care in execution, it’s a steal.
Omi’s is the kind of spot you want to see succeed. They’re raising the bar for food court dining, and honestly, for casual pasta in general. I’m already planning to go back to try their cacio e pepe next. If you're a fan of good food, it’s worth the wait — give them a shot.
