Really upset with this pizza.. I waited in line for 25 minutes waiting for someone at the counter. It took 30 minutes to make and is completely undercooked and the whole pizza is falling apart. I can’t even pick up one slice without it completely falling apart. I’ve been trying to call for 2 hours and no one is answering.

If I could put 0 stars i would no customer service at all takes forever to get a hold of them my order was a hour late and cold they originally said they would get me a new order cool did they nah the manager just said it would probably be late and cold again so I better off getting a refund I'll see in 5 days place trash

Not speaking about the quality of the food because common it’s Pizza Hut... but honestly the worst experience with service I’ve ever had. Not only did they keep me on hold for over 30 min just to order food. They also hung up on me 3 times. And weren’t even friendly to begin with. They need to hire a whole new staff because everyone who works there clearly hates it.

Despite their claims to be taking all precautions to ensure safety and cleanliness they had employees wearing their masks around their necks and not using any gloves. Our pizza took almost an hour because the staff stood there talking and let several items, ours included, burn. Really disappointed with their service this evening.

Ordered from here 2 times and both times we got pizza that was thinner than thin crust I could literally see the box through a couple of pieces. Pizzas are made very poorly and carelessly. Breadsticks are too airy also. Seems like this Pizza Hut gets so many negative reviews and lots of comments on the same issues yet nothing is done about it to make the food any better.
If I could give this 0 stars I would. The customer service is absolutely terrible. I placed an order for three pizzas and received a call forty minutes later saying they had messed up two of my pizzas which had to be remade. It was a delay but understandable as mistakes happen, however, we requested that the third pizza be remade because we didn't want two fresh pizzas with one that had been sitting for almost an hour. The manager said there is no way they would do that but could offer us a brownie. I asked the manager that even though THEY messed up they wouldn't remake the pizza and he said no we dont do that. ( I feel sorry for whoever gets that one) I told them they can cancel the order to which the manager replied with a sigh and hung up. This was completely unprofessional how the manager reacted to us wanting a fresh third pizza with the other two. The manager displayed a complete disregard for the customer, and lack of leadership qualities. We will not order from this pizza hut anymore.

My husband ordered pizza online 1hr and 45 mins ago as estimated delivery time was 57 mins he called ...after waiting on the phone we were told we will get a phone call from the manager ....manager calls and says there was a “situation” and we have the option to cancel or get one delivered from wahiawa.....so was anyone going to let us know? Nope!!!! Horrible service! now its 2030 and we can drive into town to get dinner thanks!
