I ordered online, mangago dragonfruit refresher. I order in person often and get the same thing. I ordered 3 extra dragonfruit scoops, a friend picked it up for me. It did not come with 3 extra scoops, I paid an extra dollar for 3 scoops soooo excited and now I so sad. Boooooo

I was standing in line, there was 8 other people in front of me so I got on the app and ordered my drinks. My order was finally done after all 8 of the people and 2 additional. They tried to tell me it was done in order but yet 2 of my three double were done and they still did 2 other blended drinks before finishing my last drink.

I went to go get my wife The drink was nasty My wife was complaining but it doesn’t taste like it normally does. She’s very pissed off can’t get ahold of anyone by phone horrible customer service I waited 30 minutes for this dam drink just to get it home and her not like it 😤

This Starbucks is the one of the worst. The multiple times I have gone in, trying to give benefit of the doubt I’ve only got my order right twice. (Over the span of 1y 1/2) How hard is it to make an order right when you have the little menus’ to follow? My order is a Mocha Cookie Crumble; no whip; and chocolate to line the walls of the cup. I’am HIGHLY ALLERGIC to whip cream. And tell me why 85% out of the time it comes with whip cream. When I tell them I’m allergic they debate whether or not to remake it because of their mistake or just wipe it off. On top of that the rude talkative old lady who slams her finger on the computer when you order had the audacity to tell me the, “drink comes with the chocolate” drizzle on the side of the cup. No it does not. That is not how it is originally made. When I wanted that on my order, I pick my drink up and it DID NOT come with/made how she said. It was mainly the attitude she had that was the problem. Seriously, how hard is it to make something the same way? It tastes different 90% of the time?! The other 10% I go to off base Starbucks or the one on Hickam.

How do you run out of pumpkin spice 3 days after it comes out? As if this location was like this is the year we wont sell pumpkin spice. Plan better

It was pretty cool visiting a Starbucks in Hawaii when I usually visit Starbucks in Texas :-) the staff was pretty cool and the coffee was good. I had my very basic pumpkin spice latte with oat milk and it was good. The bread on the impossible burger was kinda hard though.

Rung me and my wife up for ham and cheese croissant and told us 10 minutes later that don’t have it and said in order to get your money back you have to call the 1800 number which is insane. These place is so trash. 0/10 do not recommend
