Whomever is the manager of this establishment do you job. Your staff is understaffed and undertrained. No supplies are ever ordered. It’s an embarrassment to the Starbucks name. Pre ordering coffee and having to wait 30min for 1 coffee and 1 food item is diabolical.
Starbucks is a given for me. I actually go for the coffee and to re-up my card.
