Fantastic vegetarian & vegan meals in a beautiful setting. Part restaurant, part art gallery, part high-quality gift store, and part tranquil garden. Very close to Volcanoes National Park. Wonderful place with lovely people. Cannot recommend highly enough.
I’m not a vegetarian but this place was amazing. Wonderful vibes in the gallery, garden, and inside the cafe. Mr. Ono and the rest of the staff were welcoming and thoughtful. If you are near the volcano national park this is a wonderful quaint spot to enjoy the calming nature of this cafe.
Came here with my husband after our hike in HVNP and couldn’t have been happier with our decision! The ambience is spectacular. A quaint, tranquil cafe with plenty of outdoor seating options. The food was delicious as well! My husband raved about his lasagna and after trying a bite, I completely understood. My artichoke and pesto sandwich was so refreshing as well.
