The Milktea Way @ Wahiawa

I stopped by The Milktea Way in Wahiawa after picking up my medication at Longs/CVS. We were greeted by the staff as soon as we entered. It was very clean and I walked past shelves with cute toys, snacks and a spinning shelf filled adorable mini plushie and crocheted keychains. After looking thru a vast menu of yummy drink offerings, I decided to get the Honeydew Smoothie and my nephew tried the Lychee Blush. The staff were very nice and friendly and quickly whipped up our order and we were excited to try our first sip. The Honeydew 🍈 smoothie ($7.95) was a bit on the sweet side for me but it was yummy and definitely refreshing. Very smooth with a rich honeydew flavor. I was definitely satisfied. My nephew loved his Lychee Blush ($7.95) with added Boba ( $.60) and really enjoyed the chewy and delicious refreshment. We picked up a few snacks: Sweet Popcorn ($3.25) Li Hing Mui Strips ($6.75) and an Almond Cookie ($1.95). All were yummy! I would like for us to return to try different drinks a pick up a few keychains on our next visit! Support Local!

Went there to try something different I tried the ube and was so good great customer service the boy that was working today was really nice greet us as we walked in and said Thankyou and have a good day when we left the store just needs to be cleaned after customer leaves.

I ended up drinking boba there multiple days in a row and somehow I got food poisoning after drinking their drinks. They could definitely put more care into taking care of their ingredients and cleanliness. Used to be my favorite place to go when craving a sweet treat and now I definitely won’t be coming back after this time.

Very polite staff, we came in and ordered rather late (15 minutes before closing) and it was quite reassuring to see the closing shift thoroughly cleaning their counters/machines, ordered one drink for $6-ish, good amount of tea, I recommend the 25% sweetness for drinks if you don't want that syrup taste, my order was made quickly and the staff was incredibly approachable, the lack of furniture/small tables creates an empty feeling space, but I imagine there's plenty of room for people during busier hours, overall no complaints. Good drinks, friendly staff, fast service.

Service was okay, drinks were okay. Storefront looks a little ghetto with all the sloppy hand-written signs all taped up everywhere about who knows what. Walked in to get my order. It was ready to go, but the 2 employees were both standing at the counter and the black guy working looked like he’s never seen a customer or human before. Maybe say hi? Something? He’s just standing there staring at me like 🧍🏾‍♂️. Sir, can I help YOU?

Been wanting to try this place for a while.
Came around 2:40 something in the afternoon, maps said they were open, the signs said they were open, the hours said they were open, there was even someone inside. They weren't open, both the front and side doors (had a sign saying to enter other door) were locked.

Don’t usually come here, but decided to come today because it was a more affordable option. I asked for 2 scoops of boba, but was only offered one… I assume? I thought the extra charge of boba was the 2nd scoop, but when I looked at the drink, it didn’t seem to satisfy “2 scoops.” Not to mention, that the place was sort of gloomy and lacked cleanliness. I think regular sweeping, mopping, and throwing away unwanted items/items opened by customers would really help the place.

Me and my daughter got ube smoothie and something was missing because it tasted weird . My daughter wasted hers .Shes a new girl. And seems she’s always working by her self and needs help . Don’t know how else to contact to tell them I’m not trying to get her in trouble I’m sure we all been there being the new person . We love our ube smoothie but hope it tastes the way it supposed to next time we go . (And we come quite often)

On top of that we went today and told her boba only in ont cause my daughter is 3YEARS OLD and don’t want her to choke so I NEVER get her boba she puts in both . Dont think ill be coming back for a while

From the start When we first walked in, two teenage boys didn’t greet us. It was our first time there and throughout the whole process it was silent. When we were ready to order I asked for rolled ice cream which then they gave each other a look, smiled and the boy at the cash register proceeded to say we stop serving that ( it was an hour before closing). Another customer came in after us and we’re automatically greeted. Worst experience. 0/10 if I could rate it that low.

Great little shop. Has a bunch of selection and combines to choose from. Service was quite fast, but can only imagine this place at peak times or after school during the week. This is a place I would stop at when driving thru Wahiawa. We got the Midnight Tea and the Classic Milk Tea.
