It’s been forever since I’ve been here and it’s exactly like I remember. Seriously the nicest staff, our server kept apologizing for being down a server, but I never noticed that.
I have dreamed about their fried saimin and teriyaki cheeseburger and was so giddy with excitement to be there again, I didn’t even let my husband & daughter look at the menu before blurting out my order. Whoa there Nelly, give em chance to decide!
Tons of call in orders and a steady stream of folks picking up their orders. I love seeing small businesses thrive, this place is that good.
Well worth the drive to Wahiawa, or a nice stop on the way to or home from North Shore.
Burgers are fresh made to order and truly delicious. While it might look like a regular burger, one bite says it all… and your mouth is forever broke.

Excellent burger, teriyaki skewers, and saimin! Very friendly staff! Definitely check them out!

Lives up to the hype for sure!

Nice little mom and pop cozy shop, with friendly staff. As expected, the famous cheeseburger was incredible. Very simple, but perfected. I paired it with a small saimin, which was the perfect size. Their saimin broth is actually quite flavorful and satisfying, and the noodles were the ideal texture.

It is worth the drive to come out just for this spot!

I haven't had Saimin in a long time, but this was exactly like I remembered it, but it's even better and might just be the best Saimin I've ever had. Service for eat-in was a little slow, but we did get there at the lunch rush hour, and they were more focused on takeout.

Food was delicious! It also came out fast. The servers were extremely polite as well! The burger absolutely deserves its high praise as the best in America! Haven't had a better burger. The Saimin noodles were amazing, I've never had them before and they did not disappoint. Lastly, the price was incredible reasonable! I highly recommend trying this place!

It's best to call for estimated time for waiting than what google map states. It has gained popularity. Was told estimated time for pick up was 45min but it has been for more than hour. But it is worth it. Just plan ahead! Additionally I recommend adding long benches outside while those who are waiting. Especially for the elders and children.

Went here years ago. . .Decent, but the best burger claim is all cap. No way. Saiman is good, but kind of like upgraded pack of ramen, not great. You will be slightly dissappointed expecting the best burger. That claim is funny.

I was expecting a long wait. We waited 15 minutes outside and an hour to get our food. The service was excellent and the hamburgers were delicious. Worth the long wait.

Shiges saimin stand is a local staple that's been around for decades.

Recently it's been stated they have won the title of best burger in the US and so lines have been piling out the door.

Although wait times are longer, I'm happy for them as they finally get the recognition they have deserved.

Do yourself a favor and get a double cheeseburger and a saimin. It'll be worth your wait!

Saimin noodles are hand made every day and the broth is rich with flavor.

The cheeseburgers are better than other cheeseburgers you've had. The patties are crispy and charred texture on the exterior and juicy on the inside. The bun is light toasted and the cheese is melted nicely.

If there is a line, Be prepared to wait at least 30 minutes and then once inside another 30 minutes or so as they make their food fresh and with aloha.

The day we went, they actually ran out out of burgers so make sure not to wait too long.

Parking can be crowded as they share lot with other local businesses but it's free parking.

You can also place to go orders by entering the right side door.
