Terrible. They are consistently always out of the things we want (like jalapeño poppers, egg rolls, oreo shakes, curly fries). The last 4 or 5 times i went there, they were out of at least 1 or more of them. On Friday, We ordered delivery, and they charged us, then canceled the order, then changed the status to completed. They don't even have a working phone for the store (808-668-2164 is disconnected), so I couldn't even call them to find out what happened. This specific Jack...read full review

On Saturday 10/20/18, at approximately 7:30 PM, employee Uluwehi failed to secure lid of hot tea before passing cup to me. As a result of her negligent actions, I was burned on my hand between the thumb and index finger. I insisted in filing a written complaint and Manager Cheryl instructed me to drive around and enter into the store.
